TH Tirrenia - Green Park Resort

Ten hotel przekroczył nasze oczekiwania. Czytaliśmy recenzje, więc nie mieliśmy wysokich oczekiwań, ale było znacznie lepiej. Nasz pokój: Czteroosobowy Pokój typu Superior był bardzo czysty, przestronny i ładny. Okolica jest również bardzo czysta i ładna. Personel jest pomocny, a usługi są o wiele lepsze niż w innych hotelach. Jedzenie rzeczywiście nie jest zbyt smaczne, jak można by się spodziewać we Włoszech, ale jest wiele możliwości wyboru, więc na pewno znajdziesz coś, co ci się spodoba. Ponadto personel jest chętny do pomocy, dzięki czemu uzyskasz najlepsze wrażenia. Brakowało mi balsamu do ciała i odżywki do włosów, ale może jestem po prostu wybredna. Plaża znajduje się w pobliżu „La Spiaggia”, a współpraca hotelu z tą plażą jest bardzo pomocna, a poza tym jest to najlepsza plaża. W sumie był to bardzo miły pobyt i chętnie tam wrócę.

Ośrodek był świetny. Przyjazny personel, dobre śniadanie, czysto i schludnie, blisko plaży. Szczerze mówiąc, łóżko było trochę sztywne, ale nie miało to żadnego wpływu na mój sen. Również klimatyzacja w pokoju była naprawdę przyjemna

Hotel jest reklamowany jako posiadający zaplecze spa, ale kiedy przyjechaliśmy, powiedzieli, że spa jest zamknięte! Bardzo rozczarowujący. Personel recepcji nie jest zbyt przyjazny dla klienta, nie mógł nawet zarezerwować dla nas taksówki powrotnej z hotelu na lotnisko w Pizie. Zamiast tego poprosili swojego organizatora wycieczek na miejscu o zarezerwowanie dla nas taksówki. Organizator wycieczek, Romina, była niezwykle pomocna i pomimo napiętego harmonogramu udało jej się znaleźć dla nas taksówkę. Podobno czyste ręczniki miały ślady, a sprzątanie pokoju pozostawiało wiele do życzenia.

Niewygodna pościel i poduszki. Klimatyzacja głośno pracuje, telewizor ledwo działa, pilot jest zepsuty. Wifi odbiera bardzo źle. Bardzo przeciętne śniadanie, znośna restauracja, ale bardzo mały wybór. Basen dobry, ale noszenie czapki (płatne) jest obowiązkowe

I wasn't expecting much given the price, but there is a lot of room for improvement here. If you want something away from the busy-ness of the main tourist towns, Livorno is a great place to stay, and a very quiet enough town that you will forget how close you are. Pros- very good price, nice location right beside a supermarket and a few restaurants. It was easy to get snacks and drinks to take back to the room as the pool-side bar was quite pricey. It wasn't too busy so could always get a good spot by the pool if wanted. Close enough to jump on the bus into the city but in a nice quiet part of the beach. There was a safe and mini fridge in the room. Cons- only one small bottle of water was provided and wasn't replenished every day. The room itself needed updating, it felt like there was a lot of lamps just to fill the space of the room and a lot of empty space (maybe a table and chairs to fill the space would be helpful as well). There was a huge "health and wellbeing centre" on the map, but when we walked round it was an empty building that looked like it had been abandoned for some time, a huge missed opportunity for them to have a spa or indoor pool. The breakfast just isn't up to par for the price paid, there was almost no vegan options, and was very standard. If you wanted a healthy breakfast there wasn't much: 3 hot food options (sausage, bacon and scrambled eggs), 2 cereals, 6 kinds of cakes, 2 syruped fruits, only white bread (wouldv'e loved a wholemeal option) with a toaster, and "fresh fruit" which was only some whole apples and kiwis that looked like they had been there for a while. The coffee was abysmal, which for a country known for having amazing coffee this was a shock. The "fresh fruit juice" was nothing more than syruped juice from a dispenser. There was at least some snacks and a lot of spread options. I'm glad we never paid for dinner to be included, but the menu looked very bare and judging on the breakfast I don't see it being that great. All in all it is an okay place to stay if you want a cheap getaway, but there is so much wasted potential on this property, and much room for improvement.

Good hotel for this price. Close to sea, beautiful hotel territory. Very friendly personal on reception. You can order a transfer from the airport. Bad cleaning service in the room, this is ruined the impression of this hotel, but not ruined the vacation🙂

Very good hotel to spend a weekend at the beach. I didn't experienced the meals or any other facilities, but the hotel is very close to the beach. The room was very large, also the bathroom, very clean and nice. The supplementary bed was not that cozy.

On arrival, the overall look of the hotel is quite impressive - clearly well maintained and reception staff were all helpful and friendly. We had a hire car for the duration of our stay and, fortunately, had pre-booked a parking space beforehand - without this, you'd be hard pushed to find a space during the day. Mostly metered parking 08:00 - 20:00 but some free spaces also. This was a local parking area for the beach also hence why it was so busy during the day. We stayed in room 315 which was quite a walk over the other side of the hotel grounds. To be fair, we had knowingly booked a "basic" room and that is what we got. The room is perfectly functional but, clearly hasn't been updated for many years and looks a bit dated and tired. The A/C however was effective and welcomed in 35 degree heat! On arrival, the room was lacking a kettle and one of the beds was missing a number of slats - both were reported to reception and dealt with in a short time. A kettle and tea/coffees were provided (although the plug was not compatible with the sockets in the room) and the bed was swapped out. The pool was great - very clean, not too busy and plenty of beds available. We didn't interact with the lifeguards but, they seemed friendly and pretty relaxed. Pool caps are required at all times - bring your own or purchase from the bar for €3 each. I didnt like the idea at first but, having been attacked by other people hairs in the local waterpark - I did come round to it in the end! The beach is approx. a 10 minute walk from reception. Sunbeds and umbrellas can be rented for €20 per day - a voucher can be purchased from reception. The beach was pleasant, plenty of beds and the lifeguard friendly and helpful. We didn't find that there was a huge amount to do in the local area. Whilst there are an abundance of restaurants, only a couple are within walking distance and the rest are so spread out, you cannot really go out on a whim hoping to find one - you really need to know where you're heading and perhaps check the menu online. The is a bit more hustle and bustle a couple of miles up the seafront but, unless you're up for a long walk, you'll probably be better off in a car, on the bus or taking a taxi. There is a "mall" out the front of the hotel which has a bit of atmosphere to it during the evenings - a couple of restaurants, a bar, a couple of ice cream shops and a couple of small fairground rides for very young children.

The resort is located in quiet and beautiful surroundings. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant food is excellent and the evening meals are varied. The two pools are very pleasant. However the need for pool caps is not spelled out in the website and the pool sells the caps for €2.50 each, which just seems like a way of charging guests for using the pool. But my biggest gripe is the 10am check out which is far too early for a hotel and once again is not shown in any of the literature on the website. If you are looking for a quiet resort out of town close to the beach, then this is a good choice.
