The Caledon Hotel and Spa

There is no room service or kitchen to order from. Check In was cumbersome - one of the hotel staff was continuously saying I have to settle the bill since they have not received the funds from Trip.com and that they will refund me once the funds have cleared - this even after Trip.com verified with the Hotel Staff Supervisor that payment was done.

As always, we choose Caledon Spa as our getaway for two, we enjoy the hot springs, the cool pool and of course the lovely walk around the grounds. I would like to see some upgrade to the rooms though, especially the bathroom, which hasnt changed in the 20 years we have been visiting there, The bathroom, although clean, is old and outdated with the shower and shower curtain in the bath. Another huge challenge is the fact that there is no halaal restaurant or eatery within in the grounds. One has to drive out into town to get KFC , which is not always what we want. I think Caledon Spa will be great if there was a Nandos onsite. Nandos my preference, but any other halaal eatery will be appreciated, seeing that there are many Muslims checking in at Caledon all the time. Breakfast buffet is always a highlight Still, my favorite place to go to for some R&R.

The linen is clean and smelling fresh the rooms a4e and on point the air corn works perfectly. The staff is super friendly always ready to assist even go out of Thier way to help. The meals are prepared by top chefs and very tasty. The a**osphere is welcomong

A beautiful place to go to with family or friends the pillows are fluffy you defenately relax when you are there, the place is also good for your mental health, it relaxes your mind you do forget your problems for a minute and just have fun while enjoying

Good place to be good service everything is perfect have a nice food,prefaced place for your whole family for any event you have in mind ,the place is clean no complaints and not forgotten the stuff is well mannered they giving nice service to the guests

I received the best trea**ent ever. Everything was just great. When I arrived there I was welcomed by the staff with enthusiasm. My room was perfect, it was very tidy and comfortable for me. The food was also amazing and I had a great time there.

The service was excellent friendly staff. The hotel was clean, linen fresh the food was very good and the spa trea**ents they offer is one of the best. Keep up with the good service.

I have been to many places before but for me with this place the service was just from top quality, I have never received such friendly service before, for me it is always important to handle guest with respect and that is what we got. Thank you for your hospitality.

Dilapitated, dirty, door does not lock. Spa looks dirty, leaves in steam room,just terrible all in all. No robes for spa. No food in hotel. Must go and eat pizza in ******. The worst spa i have ever seen. My head tells me something big is wrong! Stay away! It is not a spa! It is a game, scruffy joint.
