The most tranquil hotel. Lovely location. Management (Miguel Rincón)and Staff absolutely accommodating. Rooms are beautiful. Dinning areas are with perfection. Library area is perfect place to relax. Golf course immaculate. Exquisite.

Stayed here on a recommendation and to be fair golf hotel pool breakfast was excellent. The only part of this that was a let down was the main meals in the evening. I did speak to the manger and voice my concerns and told her no way will I eat in the evening again. On checking out she said I waited for you last night at the restaurant why would you I said told you I wouldn’t eat there again it’s awful. Nothing done at all about this. So next time I would go bed and breakfast.

What a lovely hotel, made so by the fantastic staff, who all worked so had to make my holiday one of the best I have had. Jose Luis and Yareli in the bar were so friendly, plus they gave free Spanish lessons whilst I had a beer ( bonus ). Valeria on reception was so helpful and just a delight to chat to and last but least Jose and Andrea waiters, were extra polite but really fun to have in the dining area. All in all, a top hotel with fantastic food, lovely surroundings but made by the stall who were truly wonderful. Thanks for a great holiday.

What a fantastic hotel if you play golf. Leave the pro shop in the hotel straight on to the golf range and practice facilities. The course is first class as is the hotel itself. Staff were brilliant and the quality of the food second to none. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel. Adults only and small (60 rooms?) so comfortable without feeling crowded. Staff very good, rooms well equipped and food very good. Adjoining Golf Course is very good also. Some may find the Hotel a bit dated in its style, but for us that was part of the unique quality and feel of the place. Highly recommended.

An ideal location for a sun and golf break. The food for breakfast and evening meal is of the highest quality. All staff serve with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff are very attentive with special mention to Camila on reception.

Came home on the 10th after 7 days at the Elba palace. What a beautiful wonderful fabulous hotel. The staff are kind considerate and go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. My brother is in a wheelchair as he has a brain injury, and was cared for with lots of attention and kind words. The lifts fitted my mum brother and I with nathans wheelchair which was amazing. Our room was huge.. we had a golf view suite, double sink,huge bath,power jet shower, massive double bed and a single bed for my brother in the lounge area. If you want a great room have room 208 it's perfect. The food was lovely, buffet style for your starters and puddings and a la carte for mains. Beautiful.. lamb and duck especially..just wow. Breakfast also is fabulous, eggs cooked to how you like, lots of choice and always somewhere to sit. It is a golfers hotel but also incredible if you are not a golfer. Quiet, relaxing always room by the pool and so so many seating areas. Pool is lovely and everywhere so clean. Staff so helpful, pool guy amazing, helping with Nathan, even pushing his wheelchair for us. Davide on reception is kind helpful and amazing one to one service making you feel very special and important. The restaurant staff very helpful too, my mum got a lovely bottle of cava for her birthday. We enjoyed our stay so so much that we will be returning to see you very soon. We arrived late on a Sunday night at the end of March. Valeria checked us in quickly and we were informed that there was some food in our room as we had arrived after dinner. Food - it was a feast beautifully prepared and very welcome indeed. On our next morning we were greeted by Anete with a beautiful warm smile. Once again Anete couldn’t do enough for us - amazing customer service, this is what Elba Palace is all about. From Lupe who ensures all the bedrooms are kept to such high standards, Yamila in the bar and restaurant, Susan who has just started but who will fit in very well, Andrea so professional, Jose, Carlos the list is endless- they are all brilliant. Ali as always is central to everthing the restaurant team leader but also a real team player he epitomises professionalism and nothing is ever too much for this extraordinary maitre de who is the King of the Palace. The manager Miquel is very visible and a real people person. Theresa looks after us throughout the day, Malud the best cocktail maker on ithe island - Get well soon we miss you! Elba Palace is a superb hotel if you like to relax and be in quiet, beautiful surroundings. The food is amazing, the rooms are large and airy. Entertainment is a good mix - there was a classical pianist in the restaurant tonight. The swimming pool area is gorgeous and is well looked after by Paco and Omar. The Palace is hard to beat but if you want modern and lively this is not for you - if you want old world charm with great service - the Palace is the one. 26 visits and counting. The service is impeccable, the staff superb, the building gorgeous - it even has its own hotel cat Elba. It is simply the best hotel on the island and in the Canaries - thank you and please don’t change. PS i didn’t even mention the Golf Club and driving range!

We stayed early March with friends and was overjoyed to have found the Elba Palace Golf hotel on line. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who handled our check in professionally. We were offered a welcoming glass of chilled champagne whilst our bags were taken to our rooms. Our room was spacious with comfy beds, nice bedding and toiletries. Golf course and practice area were a welcome sight after leaving the dull skies of London. The pool area is a good size with a heated pool and how wonderful to find sunbeds available at anytime. They had a wine tasting evening sampling the local wines and produce. It was a good opportunity to meet other guests staying at the hotel. All staff members were extremely friendly. Breakfast had a great selection, dinner was perfect and we enjoyed the buffet starters and deserts.
