My stay, here was completely unsatisfactory, upon arrival you have a shared entrance with two other client rooms, and it feels very uncomfortable coming into your suite. It’s also difficult to navigate which room you’re supposed to go to, once, in our sweet, there was supposed to be rose petals around the sweet for our anniversary, and that never happened, then upon filling the Jacuzzi tub and turning on the jets, a bunch of mould came out, pictures added and sent to the company in which they have been reluctant to even communicate with me about any type of Refund as I had requested since my stay was completely unsatisfactory, not only was there mould in the Jacuzzi tub, but also the fireplace did not work, and the bed was so squeaky We couldn’t even sleep on it. I did attempt to contact two people in regards to this , specifically the owner and no one has yet to call me back. They keep on pushing me off and telling me they cannot contact me. They can only talk to me over text which is horrible business practice. I would zero out of zero not recommend this place. After offering me a $40 refund, and me, stating that itwas not satisfactory to me, as I had agreed to pay $100 for the evening, they are now just ignoring me and took my money(180$/night) Really terrible customer service and business practices. The fact that they state on their website that they are a contactless facility for your protection, I feel it’s just a way for them to not have to communicate with their customers properly.
