Low water pressure, basically no hot water in shower. The restaurant food was good..Safe area, walking distance to a variety of restaurants.Adding a few English television stations would be great.

Just older than most of the 4 star hotels i stayed at and had issues with the toilet. Carpet was ripped and windows were not clean

The hotel is nice and clean. Only bad point is the breakfast which i will not book again. If i ask for huevos fritos duros i dint want to get the protein still in liquid condition. This should be fairly easy to do but was too much to ask for already. Not again.

Great hotel and I have stayed there many times over the last 10 years. Amazing Customer Service and definitely wanted to mention that uno de los buttones se llama Orlando was a great help!

The area around the hotel it's really noisy. Not to clean.

Nothing the staff was horrible. They made me wait. Three hours outside didn’t let me in. I will never stay there again.
