I stayed here for 3 weeks for a business trip visiting one of the many local universities. The hotel is very comfortable in a very green setting. There are restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The service was superb. The staff worked really hard to ensure a had a pleasant stay. I did, and then some! As well, they were very careful with the pandemic protocols. I enjoyed breakfast and lunch on most days and they even packed me a snack the days I went to work at the university in person. The manager checked on me periodically. I’m a runner and it didn’t take long for me to find some scenic areas. If you can, bring a bike as the more are some bikeways nearby.

The hotel is well located , the surrounding nature is amazing. It is a peaceful and really enjoyable place to visit. The staff is really welcome, Marcela, Emilce, Gina and Rosemberg thank you very much for your wonderful service. "The pandebono" is spectacular !! El hotel esta bien localizado, la naturaleza que lo redea es maravillosa, es un lugar pacifico y realmente placentero. El personal es acogedor, Marcela, Emilce , Gina y Rosemberg muchisimas gracias por su buen servicio. El pandebono es simplemente espectacular.

I taught at Colegio Bolivar, a very nice international school about one block away, and when I came back to visit I stayed here. It is a beautiful property and area - very safe as well - I walked/drove those streets a lot for work. They have rooms overlooking a large and well-kept garden area. The staff was awesome and breakfast was great - very reasonably priced and the coffee was good. The room was clean and will be staying there again on my next visit back to Colombia.

Siempre que viajamos a Cali, nuestro lugar preferido con nuestros hijos es Casa Santa Mónica en Pance, donde disfrutamos plenamente de la naturaleza, de una deliciosa chorrera para refrescarnos, caminar por arboles frutales y de mucho verde! La comida que venden es deliciosa! La gente que atiende lo hace sentir a uno como en casa y la tranquilidad del sitio hace que uno recargue energías al 100% Estamos practicamente al lado del Club Farallones y Club Shalom asi que también es una gran ventaja!! Espectaculares desayunos con pandebono y jugos naturales...en fin...todo es 1 A Pueden caminar por senderos de arboles o montar en bicicleta por el hotel.
