房間很好，就是晚上有歌舞表演有點吵。但是各方面都方便，樓下有購物中心。很多吃的。商店，百貨，不遠處還有超市。房間裏沒有飲用瓶裝水。

The front desk was horrible when I checked in. They demanded my credit card and wrote down the information in a piece of paper where anybody can take a look. they wanted me to sign a blank paper with the credit card information. they demanded an immigration document I did not have and it is not required by local authorities. They photocopy my passport and they got upset when I asked what will you do with the copy once I am gone. They told me that if I don't give up my credit card information in a piece of paper then I cannot staty there. I was forced to stay because it was 11 pm at night.
Check out was easy and simple but they kept my credit card information written in a piece of paper. Bad experience overall.

If you want a place that you have old towels no hot water, keys and safes that need service on a daily basis and a hotel that is severely understaffed and untrained employees, this is the place for you!

Great location, friendly staff especially security, clean and convenient to everything necessary. If you are staying in Cali it's probably going to be your most comfortable choice.
