This hotel is amazing! If you are looking for beach or pools with party, this is not a place for you. But if you want to have a relax time, business trip or just run out of the routine..? This is perfect for you, the service, the food, the rooms are clean and the staff is very professional. I loved 😍!!

Defenetly not worth the price. Everything is old and barely ok. There is a square just in front where Cubans hang, they screamed and yelled all night until 5:45h, couldn’t sleep. If that weren’t enough, the chapel just in front rings its bell at 6:30h. The staff are nice but nothing more.

We were there with a travel group Djoser from the Netherlands. In my opinion it was a great stay. Nice big and clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. So I would recommend this nice hotel if you plan on going to Camagüey.

The staff picked us up at the bus station even though it was the middle of the night. Other assistance was provided in English. Thank you. The night sky seen from the attic was very beautiful. Breakfast was provided upon request, although there is a charge for this service. I have no complaints about the facilities.

Excelente propiedad sus camas muy cómodas y habitaciones muy bonitas, cuentan con un personal muy calificado. El hotel se encuentra en el corazón de Camagüey a unos pasos iglesias, plazas, tiendas además que tiene de muy buenos alimentos, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Muy atentos y serviciales , la comida excelente. Y el recibimiento ni se diga. Detalles con el tema de luz pero es algo que sucede en todo el municipio, pero en cuanto al hotel limpio, un lugar seguro la comida deliciosa y ante cualquier duda siempre dispuestos a ayudar, Sin duda regresaría

Viaje a Camagüey por tema de negocio y reserve en el hotel por recomendación de unas amistades. Inicialmente una de las cosas más favorables que encontré fue su ubicación céntrica. Luego están sus habitaciones cómodas, tranquilas. Ideal para descansar y desconectar. Su restaurante hermoso, con un mirador en donde se puede apreciar toda la ciudad. Me encantó el hotel.

Mi opinión sobre el hotel es excelente, el trato con el cliente es maravilloso,excelente servicio por parte de sus trabajadores y las habitaciones tienen una cálidad especial. Gracias por esta maravillosa experiencia fue un placer hospedarme en este hotel

Nuestra estancia en este hotel fue muy agradable. El personal fue amable y acogedor desde el momento en que llegamos. La habitación era amplia y muy cómoda. Nos gustó mucho que tuviera una ubicación tan céntrica para explorar la ciudad ¡Una experiencia muy positiva!
