Dirty towels all through halls staff was extremely noisy tv remote did not work burn holes in comforter they did not tidy our room breakfast was yougurt and banana with cereal that had no milk needs a lot of maintenance shower head coroted hair in bathroom sink would not ever recommend

The rooms and hotel were so stinky. We couldn't stay even for a few hours. We left and had to arrange a place at a friend's house for the night. Won't recommend it at all.

The room was very small; the TV was very small, 24 inch; the bathroom was dirty and the shower was worse; there was not one garbage can; the pillows were hard, lumpy and small.

I booked a king with jacuzzi and got a king suit with no jacuzzi.
I was told there was nothing they could do.
I did received a credit but would have booked a room with a queen for the lesser amount if i knew ahead of time

Our first room had unclean sheets, the second room was clean. Had to haul a stroller up the stairs as no elevator and was only assigned rooms on 2nd floor. Halls smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Lots of noise in hallways. Bed was too firm (not meaning to sound like goldilocks, but it was hard as a board).

Absolute dump. Not even close to the current star rating. Mould in the room, bed collapsed and unable to be fixed until next day, stale cigarette smell throughout building mixed with animal and human urine smells. I do not recommend this property.
Staff at counter was friendly, but I think he knows the majority of his clientele are sketchy at best and that the property is a cesspool.

I believe we got booked into a smoking room. Cigarette burns in the top bed sheet, cigarette smoke constant smell in our room (and the hallways). Bathroom vent and hair dryer vent had caked on filth. Patches covering previous holes in the wall were not sanded down and painted over. Heard noise in hallway at 2am.

Property is very dated. Hard to believe it’s a Wyndham hotel. Maintenance is poor towels are rough.
Breakfast was very good but all plastic staff was watching over me and on his phone the whole time.
