It's a nice property run by very nice people. Room is clean and well maintained. I feel like we got our money's worth.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were so considerate and compassionate about my 3 year old son. They even watched TV with him and told him about cricket.

The room was comfortable, the furnishings were very good, and there were enough of the usual supplies (e.g. towels, cups, tissues). The climate control worked.
The only issue, which was unfortunate, is that I did see a couple of small (＜1") cockroaches. I reported it when I checked out, and clearly the man at the front desk took it seriously, so I would consider staying here again.

Little hotel but knocked off one star for the nightmare Wi-Fi it only works for short

One of the beds was made but when I pulled back the sheets there was dirt and hair. The sink was also stopped up. I called the woman in reception and she came and changed the sheets and used a cup there to unclog sink.

Stay was wonderful, help is great. Manager is fantastic so caring. This is the only hotel we stay at when we R in that area.

Have stayed at the Colonial Inn before - it is a nice place and well worth the money. However, this time I booked through *******. When I booked through ******* it indicated 7 rooms remained. When my wife and I arrived at 8:30pm we were told that there were no rooms - the front desk staff explained that ******* had been notified 2 weeks prior to stop booking. We had to drive 30 minutes away and pay close to double the cost of the room we had reserved.
LESSON LEARNED: CALL THIS MOTEL DIRECTLY - DO NOT BOOK THROUGH *******
