O atendimento é de excelente qualidade e atenção. Comida é sensacional e muito bem servida. Ambiente calmo e muito sofisticado. Quarto muito bem arrumado, lindo e confortável. Recepção muito atenciosa e com cuidado na fala e nas orientações.

O quarto é grande e com camas grandes é muito confortáveis. No restaurante fomos muito bem servidos ao jantar “á la carte”. O pequeno almoço tem muita variedade de escolha e tudo muito bom. O espaço exterior é enorme e os parques para as crianças muito bons também. O hotel é antigo mas atende tudo o que necessitamos.

Experiência incrível, hotel maravilhoso você fica até mal acostumado com todas acomodações parece realmente que você está em casa !! rsrs. Tudo muito limpo, muito gostoso e confortável desde a recepção até os quartos, quadras etc… Espero voltar um outro momento.

O hotel é muito bom, funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Comida muito boa, espaço de lazer com bastante atrações. Eu e minha família gostamos muito. Único ponto que vou dar como sugestão: quando o hotel estiver com hóspedes de eventos, sugiro que separem os andares dos apartamentos entre os hóspedes particulares e os hóspedes de eventos tivemos um pequeno incômodo com barulho e falação dos hóspedes que estavam no evento, mas ao falarmos com eles os mesmos ficaram mais quietos, porém já era de madrugada e acordamos com o barulho deles.

Hotel familiar, comida excepcional atendimento no restaurante Daiane muito atenciosa, toda infraestrutura do hotel. Passamos o Natal 2023 e agora as férias de 2024 mas já voltando para as próximas festas de fim de ano. Recomendo para toda a familia

Me surpreendeu ! Estrutura funcional e completa, e alimentação com opções e a piscina aquecida excelente e tudo perto. Bom para crianças e tem monitor o dia inteiro. Os quartos são bons, tudo funcionando e os funcionários muito atenciosos
