Hotel de Camprodon

Stayed at Hotel Camprodon early September as a client of Just You Holidays with a party of 21 people, the allocation of the rooms seemed to be what I can only describe as luck of the draw, if you were given a room at the rear of the hotel then all well & good, these rooms were spaciou, nicely furnished with a balcony overlooking a beautiful landscape. However, if you were one of the unlucky ones you were given a room at the front of the hotel, very basic poorly furnished room with a shuttered window overlooking a busy noisy street. Bare in mind that everyone on this trip had paid the same amount for their stay at the hotel, I did raise this point with the holiday company, Just You, but they are passing the responsibility onto the hotel, very poor response from Just You as surely they must check the hotels that they use? I've written this review so that anyone considering booking a holiday with Just You Holidays is aware of this situation, and if you do decide to book that you keep your fingers crossed that you are given one of the rooms at the rear of the hotel..

Hotel full of character, on arrival was given a suite with balcony overlooking the garden. Although the swimming pool was empty did not matter. Extremely helpful staff and genuine family a**osphere. Beautiful gardens. Would stay again.

Lovely hotel, my rooms overlooked the river; the food was superb and the staff attentive and friendly. The hotel is central for everything although, the garden over the bridge was a peaceful place for and after dinner drink and socialising with other members of the party

Built in 1914 and family run. Full of charm and every room is different. The food was outstanding and the Manager and staff beyond reproach. All rooms appear to have balconies with views either over the gardens and river at the rear or the square at the front. The drinks were very competitively priced.

We were warmly welcomed on arrival and that warmth and hospitality was notable throughout our stay. We had a room overlooking the bustling, lively square; but the noise did not bother us as the double glazing blocked out the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty of choice and fresh fruit, which is great. Dinner was efficiently served and it is obvious the whole family work really well as a team. The food was delicious, too. The hotel has an amazing events room, garden, swimming pool as well as its very own bridge over the river Ter. We will return.

Hotel muy buen situado,nuestra habitación tenía un balcón que las vistas daban al puente de camprodon,y al río, nos encantó se respiraba mucha paz.El hotel con decoración antigua, muy bonito y los dueños en todo momento muy amables.Un lugar idílico donde descansar.

Lo pongo normal porque nos defraudó un poco a nivel servicios. La habitación y desayuno estuvo muy bien, sin embargo pasaron ciertas cosas que me ocasionaron malestar y enojo, la terraza que tenía nuestra habitación carecía de sillas para poder sent****, los servicios del hotel justos, nos lo encontramos cerrado a cal y canto y tuvimos que llamar (menudo susto, pensaba que estaba cerrado) para que nos abrieran , entramos a las tres y media y nos dejaron encerrados hasta las cuatro porque decían que lo tenían cerrado?? y que abrían a las cuatro, no nos dejaron entrar en el comedor para poder verlo (mas bien, nos pusieron impedimentos al ver que entrábamos a verlo, nos dijeron que ya lo veríamos en el desayuno porque lo tenían cerrado, no pudimos usar el bar cafetería porque también lo tenían cerrado (decían que había muy poca gente y que lo tenian cerrado y no lo pudimos usar ni ver siquiera, no se podía salir a la terraza del hotel porque también la tenían cerrada... todo esto la excusa que nos pusieron era que era temporada baja...entonces para que abrís?? no veo lógico que me cobreis habitación y no pueda usar los demas servicios que ofrece el hotel porque sea temporada baja, la verdad es la primera vez que me ocurre algo semejante, lo mas lógico es que no dejasen reservar habitaciones y cerrais del todo digo yo, así no voy a un hotel, céntrico, bonito de ver y de estar, me cobrais habitación pero solo puedo usar eso, la habitación y nada más, porque os va mejor tener todo absolutamente todo cerrado: comedor, terraza, jardines y bar. Es una pena porque la atención, sobretodo del señor mayor fue muy buena pero se estropeó todo con los servicios pésimos que nos ofrecieron

Establecimiento en el corazón de Camprodon, en la plaça Doctor Robert. Hotel con encanto, clásico, veterano y con solera. Tiene un magnífico jardín ideal para est****, desde el cual se ve el famoso puente. Hay variedad de árboles, hay bancos, piscina y el cesped está muy bien cuidado. Habitaciones correctas. Desayuno buffet libre de calidad.

Hemos estado unos dias en este hotel y solo tenemos muestras de aprobación y de agradecimiento Nos aconsejaron las habitaciones del primdr piso - lado piscina- que disponen de una amplia terraza y una gran vista sobre el puente, las montañas y los jardines. Piscina de bienas dimensiones y que, además, en estos dias. no estaba mut concurrida, con lo que se podia nadar muy bien en eela; no sólo remoj**** Todo el edificio es una joya de la arquitectura clásica, con su correspondiente decoración Desayuno buffet muy correcto; comida a 23€ y cena a 21€, muy correctas y naturales. Y, encima, lo mejor es la amabilidad, atención y comprensión de los responsables Habitación muy confortable Lo aconsejo y, especialmente la primera quincena de Julio en que, al haber menos gente, puedes aparcar mas facilmente, usar mejor las instalaciones, etc Volveremos
