Overall good but missing the key details for example they give a kettle, tea, coffee but missing creamers/milk. They have fixed soap dispensers but they do not work properly, there is no door to the shower by design but this means the whole bathroom gets wet and steams up.

挺好的，門口走幾步就是公交車站，去palma十幾分鍾很方便，離機場很近。在海邊，就是晚上海浪聲有點吵。

Отличный отель! Аэропорт не далеко.
У меня рейс был с пересадкой 36 часов, поэтому расположение отеля было важным.
Круглосуточная стойка регистрации - отлично, так как самолет задержали и в отель я попал уже далеко после полуночи.
Завтрак хороший, овощи, фрукты в разнообразии. На территории бассейн, и пляж тоже был не далеко.
Номер большой, просторный, чистый!

距離機場很近，開車過來10分鐘，樓下就是帕爾馬海灘。沙子一般不是很細，但是游泳曬日光浴人也很多。
我住的那個房間不大，但是每間都有陽台，可以在陽台上吸煙。另外它也不是每一間都有海景房，定的時候要特別注意，有海景的就很貴。
早餐挺好的，各種火腿種類很多。
離的不遠還有一箇中餐廳。

I was going to initially review the hotel as excellent but there were a few things that narked me. Firstly, we booked a superior sea view but there was nothing "superior" about the room plus the only way to get a side sea view was to hang over the balcony. Secondly, there were no toiletries. For a 4 star, i would expect some but the only thing in the bathroom was a comb. Luckily i have hair but if i was bald i would feel insulted. The shop across the road sold toiletries but over 5 euros for a conditioner so we went without. The bed was really hard so much that i had to take painkillers before and after bedtime. One very thin silky sheet which felt meh too. There was aircon but as it was round the corner there was no direct air into the bedroom area.
Pool was lovely but cold and pool bar was shut. Restaurant manager and staff lovely and good choice of food.
Lastly was told no late check out despite rooms showing available on all hotel sites including their own and i was more than happy to pay full rate for a night even though we were leaving at 6pm.

Amazing location very near the airport. On the beach but so quiet. A lovely area. Very few cars mostly cyclists. Hotel is spotless and always smelled so clean and fresh. Reception staff so helpful and the woman cleaning our room was so lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel and the area. Will be back in 2024.
