Pokój wystarczający natomiast sprzątanie nie na najlepszym poziomie (w łazience włosy po innych wynajmujących),z odpływu cały czas wydobywał się fetor i mimo zgłaszania nic z tym nie da się zrobić najlepiej zamknąć drzwi.Jedzenie wystarczające dla niewymagających (to nie Turcja) ale głodni nie chodziliśmy. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni.Z lotniska taxi 14 euro a autobus miejski 5 euro za osobę

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu w hotelu.Pokoje były sprzątane codziennie.Bardzo dobre położenie hotelu, jest blisko plaży i ma łatwe dojście do plaży. Posiłki w hotelu bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone Codziennie świeże owoce,desery. Obsługa bardzo miła i sprawna. Codziennie były animacje dla dzieci i dla dorosłych. Blisko jest też przystanek autobusowy którym można dojechać do Palmy i innych miejsc.

Wife and I booked all inclusive for a week 9th to 16th May 2024. The only negative regarding our stay was the food was not always hot enough. I had read other reviews saying this and can now confirm that is indeed the case. So negative out the way I would say this is a well run hotel. The reception staff were very helpful as were the bar staff. The food was varied and being AI there was plenty of variety to drink with the meals. Water, Red wine, Rose and White. The food was varied too. Sun loungers were laid out side by side but there was no problem moving them and the doors to the pool/sun lounger area do not open until 9am so no towels on loungers booking them early. The one thing worth noting is if you get dropped off outside the front door of the hotel DO NOT assume that is where you will be picked up from. The street is narrow and a taxi or minibus can drop you at the door. If it is a coach picking you up they cannot get down this street and likely your pick up point will be 50 metres to the right as you exit the hotel. That is a main street. It costs 15 euros for a taxi to the airport. The hotel is spotless. Staff are nice and polite. I would not put anyone off from booking this hotel and would return. One thing I might suggest to the hotel is to have an area outside for non smokers. There are areas outside for people who like to smoke but non smokers seem to have to make do with either moving away if smokers arrive. It is nice to sit outside at a table without the smell of smoke every now and then happening.

Not a great start to the holiday arrived midnight dropped of by jet 2 in the middle of nowhere 20 mins to find the hotel as the driver sent us in the wrong direction Had to change room as the one we were given was noisy and we found some unwanted guests insects in the bathroom. Staff allocated us a better room.our stay was OK staff helpful and friendly. Pool area packed like sardines nice enough place woudnt go can pastille again we ate out alot food was OK drinks were good. Spa was good

Arrived early hours to a very helpful receptionist. Room was a family room with 2 bedrooms , which was great. Both rooms were clean, bright and very spacious. They were cleaned each day and had clean towels each day. The pool area was full of sun loungers packed tightly around each pool. I personally found it difficult to get on and off them unless I was lucky enough to get an end one. The restaurant had plenty of choice but if you’re a picky or plain eater (which the boys were ) it was hard to find anything to eat. All the staff were friendly . The entertainment was good. This hotel does not have kids clubs but it does have various activities and the hotel has a good atmosphere. Overall a good hotel . We had a good holiday here , it’s very close to the beach and the shops/ bars and restaurants.

Can not fault this hotel, on arrival they could not find our reservation for 2 rooms all-inclusive, the guy on reception gave us our bands so we could get a drink & some food, the manager came in to sort out some rooms, they couldn't be more apologetic for the mistake, head office missed the reservation. with all that aside we had a fantastic week's stay, the staff were all amazing, friendly & helpful couldn't fault them 👍 The food was great (husband is a very fussy eater & found something at all 3 mealtimes) Rooms were very comfortable, clean towels everyday & rooms cleaned. had a very relaxing week away. Would definitely return to this hotel The area is a quiet resort & only 10 mins from airport.

We have just arrived home from this hotel and had a fantastic holiday. The hotel has a homely feel to it and all the staff are friendly. The hotel is very clean. I don’t agree with a previous review about the breakfast being bland and dishes dirty as we never experienced any of that at all and we were on All Inclusive. There were still sunloungers available throughout the day. My only gripe was that there was not a dedicated non smoking area maybe that will come in the future as the beach was non smoking. We are looking to go back next year.

Receptionist staff pleasant on check in. Hotel is very clean. Room was serviced every day and clean towels provided. Pool area is very cramped, sunbeds too close together and a lot of the pool area is shaded. Pool area opens at 9am only then can people put towels down but if you want a bed in the sun you will need to be quick. We were all inclusive. My husband enjoyed the food but he is not a fussy eater. I struggled as I am fussy and did not enjoy meal times. Didn't enjoy the choices or the taste. I usually enjoy the salad bar but found this one was not great. Drinks weren't great either. I couldn't drink any of the wines, rose and white were both terrible. Can't comment on the red. Entertainment was poor but was early season so this may improve. Location is good as close to seafront and plenty bars and restaurants. Can Pastilla itself was lovely.

The pools weren’t heated & small so not great for kids. Indoor spa was good but mostly used by kids. Food ok but basic & repetitive. Kids entertainment staff were lovely & made a real fuss of my 5 year old daughter. Would go again but not all inclusive.
