Close to the beach, super friendly staff, hotel and rooms very clean, AC gets nice and cold. I booked half board and both breakfast and dinner were really good, good selection and variety, always fresh fruit at breakfast and fresh fish at dinner. Minutes from stores, bars and restaurants

I am really sorry but I can't leave good review. Firstly I was disappointed as the hotel is not like it is on the pictures. The pictures show other hotels in the neighbourhood. On the pictures there is of the hotel is only one, the view from the balcony if you are lucky and have the right room, otherwise you may find your view is a dumpster or dingy buildings. Staff was very nice and helpful, and offered another room with no additional charges on the next floor but it was still with the same view. First day food was nice, but for all the other days it was horrible especially the dinners. The Meat was dry, it was difficult to chew. Fish was dry, and on one day it tasted bitter. Pasta came without any sauce. Only drink we were offered for free was the water, all soft drinks you had to pay for separately. Only positive thing about this hotel is the short distance to the lovely beach and promenade, and very nice staff in the reception.

The hotel is basic but clean and the staff are the best team of people I’ve experienced so kind and friendly couldn’t do more for us …. Maria Vera Rafael Alba in the hotel where we slept then Francisco and Pueblo where we ate so close to the beach and the swimming pool a few safety issues with the pool surrounding a trip hazard and the steps going into the pool need attention but we spoke to someone and it was being addressed as we left one huge step in the restaurant as well we saw many people fall including staff but on the whole it was a beautiful place and lovely people …. I could live there quite easily ! A great team of staff … food was always a good selection something for everyone and I’m fussy!

While the hotel is adults only the shared pool isn’t, which wasn’t to bad when I went but in high season it might be a problem if you wanted adult only

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Clean, well proportioned rooms with excellent daily service. Comfortable bed, great air conditioning and plentiful hot water. Great shower. Good variety of food on offer and plentiful meals. Spa facilities a plus. Attractive lobby area and easy access to rooms. Great location close to beach, restaurants, bars and lovely walk along the prom. Nearby swimming pool a great asset. Entertainment at other JS hotel rather low key and poorly publicised. Only negative is lack of tea/coffee making facilities in rooms or in hotel during the day.

Great hotel very friendly close to beach and bars , breakfast was good as was evening meal and service , room was cleaned regular and bedding towels change when we wanted and prices in bar was reasonable definitely will stay here again thank you

diner has to be warm,not cold. and more variation. Breakfast is oké, location is perfect and the staff is more than oké. The sauna and whirlpool are free to use, so that is great. the hotel is in the middle of Can Picafort, so that is also nice. It is great to walk along the beach

The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly, helpful and nice! The location is excellent, very close to the beach, the "city centre" and the pool. The breakfast is ok (the drinks were a bit watery, and the eggs were a bit undercooked), we didn't try the dinner. The room was small, but it had a balcony and a small frigde, and that was good. The bed on the other hand.. mattress is fine, but as the bottom of the bed did't keep the mattresses together, we would fell in between if we moved to the middle of the bed :-) This I hope the hotel could fix easily with some kind of low railings on the sides to keep the mattresses together. The transfer from the airport made the start of our holiday a bit rough! It took 2,5 hours on the transfer bus! There should be a recommendation on the hotels web site about the public bus. Our transfer was booked via our travel agency, so I don't know if shared transfer booked via the hotel would take less time. Next time we will for sure check that :-)

This hotel was reviewed with an 8 but after staying here for 5 days we don't understand why. When you enter the hotel there is a very musk smell (also in the room itself). The room itself is oke besides the musky smell, probably because of the old furniture. We booked half pension but after 1 evening with diner we skipped diner for the rest of the vacation! Diner itself is the worst. The food is cold with not enough variation and the quality is bad. Breakfast isnt much better. The only positive about this hotel are the beds, which are heavenly and the location (close by the beach and shops).
