We booked for 4 nights as part of a one month holiday in Turkey and requested a quiet room but alas despite having a great location the hotel is a little run down, ac units very old and noisy, tiny rooms and worn out bathrooms. All of this would have been ok but the noise from adjacent night clubs from 9pm to 3am every night was unbearable… impossible to sleep. After one night we checked out at 8am but the hotel management absolutely refused to consider any refund. They have conveniently put in place a non negotiable no refund for any reason whatsoever policy. We payed 300 USD for 4 nights so have lost 225 USD. Even though we selected pay at property these people charged my card full amount 3 hours before we even checked in so we had absolutely no choice. Do not stay here. The owners are completely aware of the noise problem but through their policies make it the guests problem not theirs. The front desk team said that every guest complains about the noise. Do thoroughly check every review you can about this place before you think about booking here. 3 weeks later the owners are sending bad replies to us about our complaint.

Booked for 4 nights at 70 euros per night - requested a quiet room and were the only guests in the hotel. From about 9pm till 3am you are kept awake by the loudest of music from bars and clubs nearby. Impossible to sleep even with earplugs. Then from 3am you hear all the noise from people and cars leaving the area from the parking lot opposite. Decided to check out after a terrible night which we did but the hotel owners absolutely refused to offer any refund at all for our 3 unused nights so they even made clear euro 210 profit out of our misery. Despite phone calls from ********** they still refused. We moved to the Doubletree by Hilton which was great. Do not stay at this hotel. They should warn guests about the noise but instead they trick you by only allowing non refundable bookings so you’re stuck. The front desk staff admit all guests complain about the noise and they are under instruction to state absolutely no refund. The noise from the clubs is very, very loud and evidently is same every night. We were there on Sunday in November so imagine what it’s like in high season. Deluxe room 15 year old AC / heating doesn’t work. Bathroom is tiny and smelly. Rooms badly need renovations. Despite Google reviews 4 days ago no response from Owners. The noise problem may not be their fault but it certainly isn’t the fault of the paying guests. We never asked for anything other than some refund for our 3 unused nights in an otherwise empty hotel.

My husband and I had an exclusive stay in this exceptional hotel from the warm welcoming hosts meeting us with a cup of delicious Turkish coffee to the impeccable rooms, bathrooms and sitting areas. It is a pity that we did not have more time to stay and enjoy this lovely place. Would like to recommend it to anyone looking forward to enjoy the lovely Canak Kale and the ancient Troy city.

Merhabalar, Öncelikle zehra hanım ve ramazan beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Bizleri evimizde gibi hissettirdiler. Otel çanakkalenin en eski yapılarından. Tarih kokuyor. Çok merkezi her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Akşamları dışarıdan gelen gürültüler var ama çok rahatsız edici değil. Otel temiz kahvaltı çok lezzetli, zehra hanımın her sabah yaptığı kek ve böreklere bayıldık. Çanakkale merkeze her geldiğimizde burada kalacağız.☺️

Deniz manzaralı balkon oldukça keyifli. Birer kadeh şarap eşliğinde daha da keyifli bir hale geliyor. Personel oldukça ilgili ve insan canlısı. Sakin ve huzurlu bir yer, lokasyonu merkezi. Ulaşım ve yeme içme noktalarına yürüme mesafesinde. Fiyatları biraz ortalamanın üzerinde kalıyor fakat hem hikayesiyle hem a**osferiyle hem de temizliğiyle verdiğiniz paraya değer. Tek bir not, tuvaletler biraz küçük.

Canakkale'ye mi geldiniz? Konaklama için tek doğru adres bu tarih kokan otel. Hasan Bey ile mutlaka tanışın; nazikliği, yardımseverliği ... Zehra Hanım bu harika tesisin sahibi harika hanımefendi! İyi ki böylesine değerli bir yapıyı kazandırmış bizlere. Dediğim gibi nostaljik odalar, masalar, örtüler, perdeler v.s. Tüm içtenliginiz ve sektöre kat**ş olduğunuz değer için sizlere çok teşekkür ederim.

konumu çok iyiydi, hem feribot iskelesine hem kordona çok yakın merkezi. bu nedenle biraz hareketli bi caddede. karşısında ücretli otopark olduğundan araç sıkıntı olmadı. işle**ecileri çok güler yüzlü bi çiftti, çok yardımcı oldular. personel de keza çok ilgiliydi. 2 gece kaldık, kahvaltı baya iyidi.

Çok samimi ve nahif bir aile işle**esi. Güler yüzlü çalışanlar, temiz odalar…Keşke sabah kahvaltısındaki cevizli, tarçınlı, havuçlu kekin kokusunu da yoruma ekleyebilseydim 😍Çanakkale merkezde konaklamanız gerekiyorsa kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz.
