酒店超出我的預期的。問題是，這家企業是個租車公司，所以酒店位置不太適合遊客，在城外。但是，酒店的早餐和餐廳的風景，由於位置比較高，所以很不錯尤其是早上日出的時候。2020年開業的，酒店維護也很好，當然麪南的房間景色會更好些，畢竟面北的就是停車場。

The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable.. but the breakfast does not match the luxury of the hotel.. The location of the hotel is far from all tourist places and not, as mentioned, that all tourist activities are nearby.

Ailece konakladık.Otel çok iyi konumda merkeze 10 dk. Ama sizi buraya çeken güleryüzlü profesyonel personeli , kaliteli hizmeti , muhteşem yemekleri , restoranın harika ambiansı olacaktır. Odaları tertemiz. Otelin Genel Müdürü Sinan Bey misafirleri ile tek tek ilgileniyor harika biri. Şiddetle tavsiye ediyorum.

It was a terrible experience as the hotel was not able to offer any alternative arrangement to resolve the non-working aircon in the guest room. We were told by the staff to continue sleeping in the room with the open window to get the air when the window is only able to be opened for a small gap to get the fresh air. When asked for a fan, they did not have any. How can they ask the customer to pay to suffer the whole night in a room that is stuffy and hot? Seriously the poor management and service made me very disappointed when I expected service.

Convenient to get to. Everything appears brand new. Only issue is traffic noise, to be expected when baesd right against a highway. Sound deadening curtains would be a very effective investment instead of some of the less necessary "art" and other fascades.

We stayed here for one night as we visited Troy. Check in was quick - friendly staff. Spacious and modern room. We had a lovely New Years lunch here - everything was delicious. A standard Turkish breakfast is served in the mornings.

Stayed a night when we came down from Istanbul to visit the Trojan ruins. Hotel is beautiful. New and lovely finishes. The restaurant is EXCELLENT. The staff was amazing (our son was jetlagged, needed a pizza, and a staff member ordered on her phone when I couldn't figure out delivery). con: it is on the highway, not in Canakkala so can't walk anywhere. Desk ordered us a taxi and it cost US$3.00 and 10 minutes to get to the middle of town.
