Went with a group of friends. The hotel is a bit of a maze. This meant a a long walk downstairs before going up stairs to get to the room. Twin bed rooms had been booked but on arrival at the room we discovered the "twin beds" were next to each other with no space, effectively a double bed. There was no option to move them apart. As I was sharing with another make this was awkward. I eventually used the much smaller occasional bed ( probably a child's bed), not what I had expected given the price. Otherwise the hotel was clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was reasonable with usual buffet breakfast and a choice in the evening. Hotel was situated an About 10 min walk from the Gondola, ski depot was a bit chaotic, allocated spaces for skis but not boots and there were not enough drying spaces for everyone's boots. The hotel has the Kaiserkeller on the bottom floor, this emptied out into the street below our room at 2am. The resulting noise woke us most nights. One couple we met had a room just above this bar and it was so noisy they demanded to be moved. I would think twice about using this hotel again.
