Worst view I’ve had from my balcony-just white brick wall!
Bathroom stunk of sewerage so bad one day could really use it. Had to get up 730am to get a sunbed and still very few left then!!! Not enough beds round pool area.
Very packed and loud on the evenings and just karaoke and disco after 10pm! Not worth the money I paid

Service and drinks were excellent. Loved the pool and beach. The room was sub par and food average.

For the price the hotel is charging i feel I’ve wasted my money and not enjoyed Cancun to how I should have, the hotels food is horrible and this left us to eat out a few nights, I can’t describe how upset I am as this was meant to be for my fiancées birthday

Extremely disappointing stay. From the check in to the house keeping not coming. There was absolutely no VIP treatment. Concierge never contacted us, room wasn’t ready.. food was good, service at restaurant was excellent.

Construction was going on during high season. Speaking English felt was an issue
The room we had to call a few times to clean up
Dining was limited and we had to wait in line every dinner to be able to dine
Elevators were very slow and an issue because only one was working and was old
There was an expectation to pay tip for every service otherwise no good service was provided

I loved the free upgrade had a beautiful view of the ocean. Was a magical experience. Just didnt like how they disguised their room guide- they werent a guide they tried selling us activities and were very very insitant anfter we politely declined. Has to really put my foot down to get them to go away and let us start our vacation.
