The undersigned visited Hotel ACACIA, Candolim, GOA, during September – October 2024, with my family. The stay was memorable for all of us. Location of the Hotel was extremely good. The Room was very comfortable and the peaceful ambience of the Hotel, rejuvenated the spirits and mood of all of us. The Hospitality extended and Food available at the Hotel were also excellent. The Front Desk Officials (Banie, Rajeet, Mahima), were very courteous, co-operative and prompt. The House Keeping attended to every minute details. The Roof Top Restaurant was an excellent and attractive place for food lovers. The entire Restaurant team comprising of Soumen Chatterjee, MunMun, Chandana, Kareena, Manoj, Ankit, Tushar, were excellent in their behaviour, professionalism, and they made us feel at Home with their warm gesture and tailor made service. The dishes were indeed very tasty and lip-smacking, and the backend team of Chefs were too good. One very important aspect I would like to highlight, is this Hotel’s Service Recovery part. Initially after our Check-In, there were some technical issues about the room and after bringing to their notice, the prompt manner in which the Hotel team took corrective actions, were remarkable, and I have never come across such type of prompt and delightful service recovery corrective action in any other Hotel stay in the past. The entire team deserve a Thumbs Up, and this prompt action has made our experience delightful and extremely satisfying. I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the entire dedicated team of ACACIA, Candolim, GOA, for their co-operation and help. My family really cherished the time spent over there. We wish to revisit this place again and also recommend this to others.
