Résidence vieillissante, pas d'entretien des logements, meubles cassés, porte du frigo qui ferme mal, vaisselle sale, moisissures (?) sur les voilages, pas de cintres pour les vêtements. Bruyant car discothèque voisine qui attire des groupes de jeunes venus pour faire la fête le week end. Petit déjeuner proposé avec de la variété mais les produits sont de qualité très moyenne (produits que l'on retrouve en magasin discount). Informations erronées sur le site : restaurant fermé (il devait être ouvert) bar parfois ouvert, parfois fermé, épicerie devait ouvrir début juin n'a pas ouvert. La piscine n'est pas chauffée, malgrè les températures agréables, il a été impossible d'aller à l'eau.
