I have stayed here many times over the years and it is the best and most affordable place for what you get. It is 10mins from Canmore which is incredibly convenient. I am one who appreciates a quiet comfortable stay and this is just perfect. The rooms are apartment style and yet cheaper than a basic hotel room. Full size kitchen/appliances as well as laundry in your suite. Huge bathrooms and bedrooms. Cozy living room area and electric fire place for those chilly winter days. Plus it is PET-FRIENDLY! It is incredibly clean, comfortable, and private. Very family friendly as well as they have rooms with bunkbeds and a pullout couch as well. 1000/10 will recommend if you are looking for a mountain getaway without the mountain prices. Thank you copperstone for everything!

The hot tub was amazing! We loved the convenience of having a kitchen and being able to cook and not have to eat out all the time. Tge underground parking was marvellous.

Brought my queen here for a weekend of relaxation and it was amazing. Property was very modern and clean. Location was just a short trip to Canmore. Staff was very polite and helpful. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. We will be back.

The resort was clean, spacious, and convenient driving distance to Banff and all activities we wanted to experience. Highly recommend as a lower cost of stay if you don't mind driving the extra 10 - 40 minutes to activities offered in the area. Canmore is just an 8 min drive and just as nice as Banff with great food and people.

Very overpriced compared to comparable places in Canmore. Getting extra blankets and anything else was difficult.

The resort was very noisy. There was kids in the halls screaming, dogs barking, and lots of banging from the rooms below and across.

Room was supposed to sleep 6 but there weren’t enough pillows or blankets to sleep 6.

Highly recommend. Always stay at the Copperstone Resort vs. Canmore or Banff. Quiet and safe. Comfortable beds and clean. Shower water pressure was too harsh for me but my partner was happy with it. Fireplace fan blew cool air vs. hot/warm, so we just kept the fan off. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Plan to return in the near future!!
