Hotele niedaleko TreeTop Adventures, Canton

I was supposed to pick up my vehicle from a garage relatively near this hotel, after hours. I was unable to do so and ended up having to stay here out of necessity as my home is about an hour away. I had just gotten in from 2 weeks of vacation, I spent the entire day on two separate airplanes to get into Boston, and then to be unable to pick up my vehicle in order to finish my drive home, was frustrating. Thankfully I was able to book a very last minute room (1130pm!) at the Fairfield Marriott Boston Walpole location. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating and empathetic. I wasn't thrilled at having to pay almost $250 for a room. I wouldn't spend more than a few hours in, but I was able to get a late check out which allowed me to get some sleep after a long day of travel and to fix my car arrangement to finish my trip. So, aside from the price, being able to book the room so last minute and having a warm welcome when I arrived was very pleasant. I was happy to not have to go anywhere for some food and picked up a couple items out of their little mini mart by the front desk, and their free breakfast was certainly helpful in the morning. Though a bit limited. The room itself is nice, although I found a few items that obviously hadn't been restocked ( just a small miss I'm sure), And as I had gotten a 3:00 p.m. check out. When I checked in the night before, I was able to get some sleep, although the first knock from housekeeping came around 10:00. I explained to the staff member that I had a late check out of 3:00 p.m., and went back to get some sleep. The second knock came at 2:00 p.m. by the same staff member who I had previously informed of the 3:00 p.m. check out. I stayed with Marriott because I do appreciate being loyal to their brand, their hotels are usually top notch for my travel, and while most of what I went through the previous night had nothing to do with them, this certainly was not my best stay at a Marriott.

I just recently stayed at this hotel Four Points by Sheraton in Norwood. I will say thank you to Jane, Front Office Manager, she was very helpfull from when I check-in till the end. She gives me some details, where to visit, and shopping area. The Restaurant Bistro very nice, food are great. Not even to mention Zaccharia's Restaurant for breakfast is very very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel. What about the room, spacious and comfortable and clean. A Big Thank you too all staff👏👏👏👏👏👌

When I arrived to this hotel for my one night stay, I was warmly greeted by Cloe. 10 minutes before my arrival, I called the hotel and Cloe professionally answered the phone and gave me all the details about my stay. During the check in process, Cloe was very delightful, professional and very friendly. Also Irlene at the front desk was very friendly. It is a pleasure to go to a hotel and feel welcomed and being exposed to people who really care about guests and the hotel. Cloe is a great asset to that property. Great job!

The room was my favorite by far. I loved the pool area. Hot tub was exactly what I needed. I will definitely be a repeat Customer

I arrived at this hotel in the middle of a heatwave. There is a lot of glass in the entry ways so it was hot but I’m guessing it’s not always like that. I did really like the window nooks in the room. If I had more time it would have been the perfect spot to curl up with a book. Some staff wasn’t overly friendly but others really stood out; particularly after my stay. Just as I boarded the plane to go home, I realized that I left my full makeup bag in the bathroom of my room. I called the hotel and was told that housekeeping had collected it and saved it for me. Then enters Frank… he happened to be who answered the phone when I called and helped me coordinate getting it shipped back home. I had just purchased all new higher end makeup so Frank made my day! Moral of the story is the staff at this Hilton will help you when you need it!

Carpet in elevator is dirty, front desk associates are very nice.

Hotel environment: very new, only opened in 2018, all facilities are very new and clean, the lobby has a public internet area, gym and a mini swimming pool (suitable for children). Uber is also very convenient in the past. Although it's a half-hour drive from Newton, it's a little bit, but the price is very high. The business hotel managed by Hilton is still very guaranteed! Room: The toilet facilities are very new and clean, with shower gel and shampoo supply, iron and hair dryer available. Please bring your own if you don’t have slippers (a North American hotel feature). The room we booked also has a simple kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, cutlery, tea cups, plates are provided. There are two 1.5-meter beds and a sofa bed in the room, enough for 5 people (for six adults, the sofa bed is a bit crowded. The sofa bed is only about 1.2 meters), the carpets and curtains are very new, and the air conditioning is also very new because of North America The hotel is basically window-type without a split body, the air conditioner is very noisy and loud after a long time, and it is impossible to sleep with the heating or air-conditioning all night. In addition, sound insulation is also ok, not too noisy! High cost performance, overall very satisfied! You can book a new hotel with confidence

After a really long day of travel I got to the hotel and was greeted by Breanna at the front desk. She gave me what I can call the initial hotel greeting, asking about day, flight and the rest. She was very polite and courteous and had a smile the whole time. I go to my room and kinda settle in then decide to grab some food nearby. When I came back a couple hours later, Breanna saw me and was all smiles and very welcoming even remembering my name. Probably the best greeting I have had in a long time. Hotel is beautiful and comfortable. Will be using it again when I am in town. Thank you
