The hotel was difficult to access because road construction around the area. Staff was very professional and friendly. Room was clean

Good location and easy access to Highway, Clean place, comfortable room. I saw a couple of small roaches in the bathroom. easy check in, good breakfast. just the girl who checked me out in the front desk needed to be taught some customer service.

There were dirty towels on the floor and the bed was not made- clearly the room was not cleaned but I got in so late I just made do.

The staff was great very helpful and very respectful went over and above to make sure that I had everything I need in the morning making sure that everything was clean and fully stocked they also help give me a positive attitude for a job interview at one of the other hotels across the street from them the staff at this one was the best I have had at any of the hotels that I have stayed at.

Location is great, it is across the street from IKEA and within a few minutes of many restaurants. BUT, the hotel is in terrible condition. The office chair in my room was missing a wheel, the dresser was missing a door, and the cleaning staff left a burning incense in the front outlet. The incense did not cover up the horrible smell of the room.

tv didnt work in first room. front desk quickly gave us another room but it wasnt a king bed. We had the dogs with us and the only other pet friendly room available had two full beds. no worries though the dogs liked having thier own bed

Very Clean. We chose not to use linen service, but the desk attendant took us to the linen room and gave us whatever we needed when we asked. She was kind and attentive to whatever questions we had. We started each day with a more than adequate meal in the breakfast room.

Five star quality for a three star price! Tabatha the manager keeps things nice and tidy with the help of her staff that work together like family. Eliese is a nice and knowledgeable employee as well thanks guys for making the stay comfortable and worry free!
