Universal Apartamentos Laguna Garden

Our apartment was lovely inside and looked exactly like the website. The grounds and communal spaces are kept immaculately as the maintenance staff do a great job. The pool was clean and warm and there are plenty of sun loungers. I used the pool once but preferred the feel of the hotel pool next to the beach. There is a washing machine, water refill machine, table tennis table and pool table at the apartments. We didn't use the cooking facilities as we went half board which we found good value for money. I would definitely recommend staying at the apartments - my only issue was that the windows/doors are single glazed and the passing cars were quite loud at night. One improvement would be for the towels to be changed every 3 days rather than 5.

Excellent apartment. very clean and quiet. Lovely pool and chill area on the roof. Short stroll to main hotel each morning to have delicious breakfast. Canyamel is a quiet town but buzy Cala Ratjada is nearby. Wonderful restful stay Well done.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at these apartments and we love them. 1st of all they are brand new! Beds, sofas, kitchens, windows ...everything is new and modern. Also the location is excellent with plenty of free parking right outside..there is a pool in front which is virtually a private pool. The apartments are affiliated to the 4star universal hotel so you get to enjoy the hotel facilities whilst taking advantage of the spacious, luxury apartments. Staff are wonderful. Resort is quiet bit sophisticated. We highly recommend this accommodation after 2 wonderful stays..washing machine is an added bonus

La cosa empezó mal cuando llegamos a las 12 de la noche a la habitación y nos encontramos a una familia dentro. El susto para ambos fue importante. Tuvimos que volver al hotel donde habíamos hecho el chek in y nos dijeron que, debido a un error, nos habían dado la misma habitación a ambos. A la familia le dan las llaves de otra habitación nueva y a nosotros nos dicen que nos quedemos en esa (de la que ya habían hecho uso tanto del baño como de las toallas). Esto no puede ser. Me da igual que al día siguiente nos dejaran una botella de cava por las molestias. No se puede dar una habitación usada a otros huéspedes. No sé si a ustedes les daría lo mismo, a mi no. Pero teniendo en cuenta la hora que era y el cansancio que teníamos, no nos quedó otra que claudicar. El apartamento en sí no está mal, pero en las fotos parece mucho mejor de lo que es. Tenía varios desperfectos y lo peor de todo eran las toallas, muy viejas, deshilachadas y daban mucha grima. La puerta del mueble de la nevera se descolgaba si la abrías, así que no la usamos y en la entrada el falso techo parecía que se iba a caer de un momento a otro. Estuvimos 4 días y uno de ellos no nos hicieron la habitación porque era el día libre de la señora de la limpieza. Ni siquiera nos avisaron. Esto no me parece propio de un sitio de "supuestamente este nivel". En resumen, muy caro para lo que es y muy mal por parte de la administración del hotel que no tuvo la deferencia de darnos una habitación a estrenar que es por lo que habíamos pagado.
