We stayed a few days over my birthday. What a lovely experience. We were in the big suite, good views of the ocean (just across the road) and the room itself did not dissapoint. A huge shower and very nice upmarket furnishings. We did miss a nice romantic bath though ;). The rest of the hotel is absolutely beautifull. The decor is exceptional and it was so nice to use the lounge facilities with honesty bar. We were also lucky and the place were not busy while we were there. Breakfast was great and they even brought it to our room on my birthday. I also received beautiful flowers from the staff! A highlight was the in house spa. So lovely and fantastic treatments by fantastic therapist. And not the prices that you usually have to pay at places like this. Couples' treatments also available. Last but definitely not least, fantastic staff. From the lady at reception to the rest of the personele, so friendly and helpful. You've got the dream team there.

We can’t say enough about this property. We were well looked after from the moment we arrived and had everything we needed. The rooms were modern, spacious and very comfortable. My kids had a great time - there was an Xbox in their room!! Happy parents and happy kids. Thank you!

The manager was very friendly and helped us book a table for dinner. The hotel is in a great location with the best views and offers easy drive to the lighthouse and the tip of Africa.

Excellent value and good facilities. It was.a little windy to use the pool, but nice to have one on site. It was also nice to have spa treatments available. I had a massage, which was excellent. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean. It would have benefitted from a kettle to make tea, but only a minor thing. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed a night there recently just for a quick getaway. All round perfect experience. Beautiful place. They took great care of us. We had a wonderful spa treatment and a lovely breakfast. Highlight was the sherry in the room!

We felt at home from the moment we walked into this place. Fine detail was given to every corner of this hotel. Our room has just been renovated and everything from linen to coffee were from the finest quality. Buffet breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly. There is a heated outside swimming pool and honesty bar, on the top floor. The host look after our every need and was always present. I would recommend this establishment to everyone, if you are looking for a special time in Struisbaai.

If you are visiting cape agulhas this is a nice place to spend the night. 10 minute drive to the most Southern point of Africa, even less to a few decent restaurants. Only the road separates it from the ocean. We booked the smaller room, good enough for the one night, but the larger room might be a but better option, though some of the smaller rooms look out at the beach. Parking on site inside the gate. Breakfast options are ok, expect nothing special. One thing that is a bit odd, check out at 10. Though not a problem, I dont think I have experienced that in the last 20 years.
