The apartment is spacious, clean and luxurious. Lovvvvvve the bathrooms. I had a very relaxing stay at the Residences at Crystal Hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was refreshing and had a wide selection of foods. The location is convenient, close to Canal Walk which we walked to often to buy whatever we needed to make our stay more enjoyable and visiting Hillsong Church opposite the road was an amazing experience.

соотношение цена качество на очень хорошем уровне всем советую
- большая комната, красивый интерьер, отличная локация, сервис. очень хороший район.
- номера немного требуют легкого ремонта, тк варочная панель и некоторая мебель была с небольшими повреждениями. но вся техника работает. оставили на кухне упаковку от еды, утром там нашли таракана.
в общем остались только хорошие впечатления

The room was fantastic. The view was great. The service was wonderful. The access to restaurants was very convenient. The location was very convenient.

I have stayed in this place several times but this time the service was way below par. They are gradually fading from my list when in comes to Cape Town accommodation. We need to make an effort to train our employees to delight our customers. Great service in this establishments separates slaapstad from kaapstad, you just can't drop the pennie!

Not an overall good experience. Family felt like the rooms were looking and feeling very “tired”. Overall “gritty” feeling to the rooms. Checked out 3x days early to move to another location.

I enjoyed my stay but a few things stood out to me. It would have been nice to have a robe/s in the room. An extra blanket is required and it is a total breach of privacy that there is a window in the shower which you can see directly from the corridor balcony and there are no blinds or curtains. Apart from this my stay was pleasant, there was quiet and the unit was clean. An extra plus would be an upgrade of the television and a channel upgrade.
