Bradclin House

Of all our time in Cape Town and many places we have stayed in during our courses, we have finally found home. Thank you for the most wonderful 2 nights. So comfortable, clean, homely and Judelle is such a lovely host who has made us feel so comfortable and gone the extra mile to help us. Xx

Fine all-around performance in an attractive and peaceful setting which may improve when the grass on sidewalks is cut to render street names visible to visitors who navigate by street map but may that be the only complaint

December 2023 was my 16th consecutive annual holiday that I have enjoyed in Cape Town and Bradclin has been my choice of accommodation during each one of those 16 years. The hosts Judelle and James are friendly people who do everything possible to ensure that you feel welcome and that your stay is free from stress. The accommodation is consistently clean, comfortable, well maintained and affordable and has a lush, well-tended garden. It is located in Pinelands, a leafy suburb with an abundance of parks, trees and great views of Table Mountain. Another big plus is that the accommodation is self-catering for those who prefer to prepare their own meals. I appreciated the silence in the evenings so that I could enjoy nights of peaceful sleep. The location is convenient with all the amenities that the city has to offer such as beaches, restaurants, sites of historical interest, nature reserves, hiking and cycling trails, spectacular scenery and many more within easy reach. I look very forward to spending my 17th annual holiday in Cape Town at the end of this year and once again enjoying all that Cape Town has to offer.

We stayed here for over a month and enjoyed our time. The Captain's cabin was comfortable, well serviced, with everything we needed for our stay. Our hosts were welcoming and ready to assist with any advice or help required. The separate entrance created privacy for us, and the gardens were lovely to sit in and relax.

A very comfortable stay. Clean units (Housekeeping is frequent) with fresh bedding and cleaning of units. Comfortable beds. All utilities needed are readily available and always felt private. Owners are friendly and will accommodate to your requirements. Shops, Major highways (N1, N2 and M5) are easily accessible as accommodation is centralized making attractions easy to get to. Very safe, secure area. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended for business or pleasure.

Very friendly hosts. Comfortable room with all you need from a self-catering unit. Nice garden. Nice and quiet place to stay. Close to where I had to be and close to Airport. The unit was clean, neat, and housekeeping was above standard. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Always nice to stay at Bradclin. Friendly and helpful staff and great quality accommodation at a reasonable price. I've been making use of Bradclin for 4 years now, and always happy to be back! Highly recommended!

I did more than I do at home.If you want to compete with a lot of the hotels /apartments you have to be on par or better. The unit spacious, but tired and not clean. The shower was weak in the mes and poor drainage.

The perfect self-catering studio for my needs, I loved the quiet, the privacy, the comfort and everything was at my finger tips. All was in excellent working order too. A dreamy view of the mountains from the unit, it was fabulous to watch the ever-changing scene according to the moody weather and time of day. Last but not least, friendly and helpful hosts, ever-present and ready to assist. Thank you to owners and staff at Bradclin House in Pinelands for providing me with a soft place to fall:)
