La atención del personal, buena, y las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Nonos gustó que para llegar a la habitación había que bajar unas escaleras (SIN ascensor) y atravesar un pasillo algo siniestro, con un fuerte olor a humedad. Pero una vez entrabas en la habitación, todo correcto. No funcionaba la calefacción, pero sorprendentemente no pasamos frío.

Très bon accueil, hôtel très sympa dommage que le matelas soit dur comme une planche. Petit dej correct mais peut mieux faire.

Nous avons eu un bon cadeau offert pour une escapade plaisir. Pour le restaurant plutôt bien , en revanche au moment de prendre la chambre : le chauffage n'était pas allumé auparavant, la température ne dépassé pas les 10 degrés et de plus la porte donnant sur la terrase grande ouverte. Il nous ont proposé une autre chambre mais même constat chambre pas chauffée. Petite précision, la température extérieure n'était que de 5 degrés ce soir là. Nous avons été dans l'obligation de rentrer chez nous. De plus, aucun geste commercial de la direction et c'est nous qui avons dû les recontactés pour savoir comment nous pourrions faire pour revenir ou nous proposer une autre formule. Hôtel à éviter absolument. Manque de professionnalisme certain, aucune satisfaction client . Nous sommes très decus !

Chambre sombre donnant en rez-de-chaussée avec mobilier ayant vécu. Petit déjeuner buffet correct sans grand choix cependant. Pour le restaurant, il est préférable de réserver auparavant car nous avons dû aller dîner à l'extérieur.
