Good hotel from the outside but the rooms were old and not very clean.

The facilities are excellent, the Hotel is very well located.
They need to improve on the cleanliness of the bathrooms.

The hotel is old
But the business suite is good and nice
It was better than other room’s
The price of hotel is reasonable but coffee shop here is expensive more than other places like
The staff can’t speak English and it is so difficult for me to communicate with them, for example for one blanket I explained 2 hours to them to they sent !
The room was cold and they hadn’t something to keep in warm!
But actually this is good hotel
And it’s safe
