Data poszła nie tak, opóźnione zameldowanie sprawiło, że spóźniliśmy się na wszystko? - dostań się do hotelu i zdaj sobie sprawę, że „opłata za bezpieczeństwo” jest o wiele wyższa niż stawka za pokój za noc io wiele więcej niż kiedykolwiek zapłaciłem w hotelu! Nie było wymienione na wycieczce. Dlatego ja i mój partner nie wiedzieliśmy o 250 $ oprócz 150 $! Brak gorącego śniadania kontynentalnego, jak wspomniano tutaj / tylko torby śniadaniowe z gorącą kanapką, która jest tandetna!

Check-in went smoothly and I appreciated the layout of the room - there's a couch and desk in a separate space from where the beds are.
However, around 10pm I decided to take a shower only to find that the water was lukewarm at best. This must have been an issue with the shower, as the water temperature coming from the sink was hot. I reported this to the front desk, and was told me that the maintenance man had just left for the night. The clerk found me another room on the 4th floor, and gave me a key. I went there only to discover the same problem, plus the heat in that room wouldn't turn on. Another visit to the front desk provided me with a third room, which had hot water and heat. All was fine after that, however, I will note that I had to pack up everything from my original room and move it myself to the new room. Also, I received nothing but a brief apology for the inconvenience.

Staff were very nice, the o my thing I would mention is there needs to be more water pressure for showers. Water was a bit cold also.

Everything about my stay was great! It’s an updated hotel and very clean! The staff was absolutely wonderful. Their breakfast options are great and the breakfast attendant always go above and beyond. I will definitely stay there again! It’s now one of my favorite hotels to stay when visiting NY! I’m glad I discovered it.

An almost perfect stay. The only issue we had is that the shower water didn’t get hot. Breakfast, room and staff were great.

The desk staff were great and the room clean and comfortable. There was no hot water for showers the two nights we tried to take a shower. Security could be tightened. If staff are away from the front desk anyone could enter and take the one working elevator. The staff person managing the breakfast buffet was fantastic!
