i will advise tourist to find atleast a 3 star with amenities.
when i check out the girl said she is the manager and told me to cancel my booking here because i need to pay in cash,
we were not allowed to checkout but the room is already closed.
they hold us for hours while negotiations were going with the resort manager and Trip.com
room price is doubled per night as to what is advertised here so i needed to pay more,
in these kind of situation, you need to bring more cash, there is no ATM around the area
Food
-free 2 breakfast in a styro
-it might be better if they have a water dispenser and free drinking water
-there is a canteen on the side where you can buy pancit starting from ₱150
-1.5liters softdrinks in the side resto costs ₱110, Manila price is half of it
-drinks has a charge, even food has a corkage fee for day stay
Amenities
-aircon only stays at 26 degrees, because they said they only use generators
-there is a free small soap and 1 small sachet of shampoo for your whole stay, for all your family, better buy extra at Gaisano grocery for toiletries and water
-toilet bowl doesn’t have water on the tank, so if you need to flush use the pail or dipper
-swimming pool has a charge per head
Transport
-reception will offer a tricycle for transportation going to Bancal port,
pricing is per head plus the tip, a bit higher, but for the comfort of door to door it is fine.
Or You can opt to wait outside the Gate for buses passing at a regular fare and cheaper.
Room
-for my days of stay, i always wakeup at night, it is too hot, the power is always out for morethan 2hours.
-all prices are high and over charged (i only compared to living in Makati at Prince Plaza, grocery and dining at Glorietta or Landmark)
