Every hotel receptionist was very welcoming. Our room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. Definitely staying here again when we come down to visit family.

1st room smelled terrible. Asked to move & was told they were booked, which was not true. Finally got the manager to move us & the 2nd room didn’t smell, but the room was not clean. They refused to move us again, so we left & went to a different hotel. They refused to check us out until our scheduled check out date.

We asked for a handicapped-accessible room and were pleased to see all the grab bars and low tub threshold. We also like the size of the room and the movable table.
The only complaint was the unusually loud refrigerator.

The property was modern and in a good location. What I did not like was that our room was a little dirty upon arrival. The staff didn't sweep the entry way and or bathroom. My toddler was trying to pick up all the debris on the floor in our room. For the price per night you would have expected a hot breakfast option vs their Continental offering. You can tell they do not restock so if you get their past 7 am you are not left with much. Overall this place could be better if they had a great attention to detail.

The efficiency had not even enough utensils for 2 people. The main issue was a very loud refrigerator that we reported to 3 staff members but never was fixed. Staff were very pleasant.

Large room with everything from full kitchen to ironing boards etc

Nice facility in great shape. Room was comfortable and updated. Staff was nice. Only issue was with the room design and furniture selection. We stayed in a king room and there is only 5" gap between the right side of the bed and the AC unit, making it a little tough to squeeze by to get in bed.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. The laundry facilities were clean and very much appreciated.

Liked the kitchen though i wasn't there long enough to use it. Did not like that people left their trash cans in the hallway. Trash was not picked up our entire stay.had to walk by smelly trash.
