This property is not as advertised and seriously misrepresented in the photos. There were several of us that arrived for check in at the same time and no one had information or access codes. We all had to try contacting the property to get access. When we got into our room, we realized that is was greatly misrepresented in the photos on *******. Yes they were fairly clean but totally run down, stained art work, crooked pictures, no mattress covers, dead cockroaches in closet, paint everywhere, loose bathroom faucet, rusty fridge, cigarette butts all over ground outside, just a bad experience in general. Way overpriced for what you get. Book somewhere else. It’s shocking that ******* allows a property to be so blatantly misrepresented. Anyone that gives this a good rating is either in on it or paid. No compensation offered when I complained, just the same generic response other guests received. Like another guest stated , we were all bamboozled!!!

The room was decent for the price and the common areas of the property are pleasant. Several good dining options are located within walking distance to the property. Access to a walkable public stretch of beach is a couple blocks away. Within ten minutes of the airport, and about 20 minutes from Old San Juan via taxi/car. The bathroom had been recently remodeled but oddly has no ventilation or towel bars/ shelves. Hot water was not a problem during our one night stay. Would stay there again.

this property bis advertised as beachfront, its 2 streets from the beach with no access to the beach. There was no hot water.

No frills but for a good nights sleep on comfy beds and quiet area near the airport, it’s the right price. Pretty clean too!

Decent location close to the airport, food, and beach, but definitely a "know what you're getting into" place. The longer reviews tell it pretty well. For us, the biggest issues were the all night light due to a poor blind and the lack of hot water. There is a blind so others can't see into your room (or at least our room - king size bed room), but it lets light in so you'll have no darkness at all to sleep in. Why this hasn't been corrected is a mystery since it's been in many reviews and would be a simple fix. Yes, there is hot water, but only if you get their first. Once it's gone, it's gone. My spouse had a quick shower with lukewarm water. I had none - totally cold - even after letting it sit for a bit. This made me quite angry causing me to wait a few days to give a real review instead of a "pissed off" one. And yes, the walls are thin. You can hear everything outside, including frogs. This actually didn't bother us since all humans around were fine and we tent camp often meaning we're used to various "other" noises. There was no bottled water as advertised, not in the room nor in the common area. Not sure if that was simply luck of the draw or not. The common area is nice, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, the codes worked well to get in - all that was terrific for us. Would we stay here again? It would depend upon our whims and options knowing what we've experienced. Maybe.

This is like a hostel with private rooms. No staff on property at night. Door locked with electric deadbolt but no extra bolt from inside. Mattress was only covered with a sheet. Hotel is near the beach, not on it. Shower water was cool. Price is high for what is offered.

Clean and close to ocean - liked the patio where I can see ocean. Didn’t like the neighborhood- walking around and traffic. Very responsive in phone calls. Thank you Very close to airport and reasonable cost as a lay over stay

Needs better curtains over the windows it was too light at night from outside lights and no shelf space. Also no drinking glasses in the room.

Great location. Helpful staff and accommodations for luggage storage from early arriving cruise ship. Near beach, food and fun. Isla Verde area, very safe and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms. Will request bottom floor next time due to carrying baggage on stairs. Great prices.
