Blasting loud music until past 1:30am and still going. We have reported to the front desk multiple times and they have been rude and refused ti even ask the dj to lower the music. If they want to be a party venue then they should stop being a 4 star hotel and advertise to families. Our 2 year old son has woken up twice already and the music won’t stop. I have never encountered a more rude response in my life. “Deal with it” “we will not ask them to lower music” they offered to move our room at 1:30am - what a joke. Spare yourself the sleepless night and go elsewhere. Our plans for tomorrow are ruined.

This could be a fabulous place to stay, lovely grounds nice swimming pool loads of parking and well situated for visiting places like Ostuni. Our room and balcony were very good nice and clean. However there is a distinct lack of information about the facilities in the hotel, no price list for drinks, not even sure if there was a bar? The menu for the restaurant appeared in reception very late in the day. We ate the first night there , it was a set menu,it was pretty ordinary, and expensive for what we had. The waiter was not customer friendly. The reception and the coffee area was very often unmanned. Breakfast was very good and the waiter on duty was very friendly and helpful.

On the positive side the hotel is very nice, the grounds are beautiful, and the pool is perfect. However, other than that our experience was pretty bad. Although the info says there is a shuttle bus, when I enquired about getting around the receptionist said there was no public transport and she said I if booked in advance it would take us to the beach and bring us back at 4:30 but I’d have to phone and confirm before returning, the mannerism of the receptionist was very blunt and no suggestions were given, indeed I felt like I was asking someone on the street for a favour rather than seeking help from a venue I paid to stay in. Restricted to the hotel we could only use their services, the meal was a choice between two primo and two secondo plates. The food was ok but felt like you got offered whatever was on the event menu of the day. Didn’t try the lunch, but did order a sandwich by the pool, and what we good was closer to a plain sandwich from a petrol station! The first night the meals were served in a secluded back part of the venue as there was a wedding reception going on. Overall this hotel felt more like a wedding venue that made up some extra cash by having paying guests. You really feel like an insignificant add-on. I really don’t like being overly negative about places, but we were meant to stay 3 nights and after the first night and day there decided to look for somewhere else. Check out the morning after the second night, even though we’d paid in advance and found somewhere more suitable but more importantly with staff that showed genuine professionalism and seemed to care about their guests. If you don’t have a car, another thing to consider is the taxi costs are high! From the hotel to the nearest train station (Carovigno) which is only 15-minute drive away, the taxi fare was 35 euro

The place is new and well done but the service quality is subdued and during a 3 day stay we had to suffer 2 unannounced weddings parties. On the first day, as the first wedding preparation was taking place, and we mentioned it to the reception, they did not even mentioned the second one 2 days later. It is a pity as the place is nice but the kitchen was busy for the weddings and therefore not available for any guests lunch with more than an hour wait for salads at the pool bar… and finally some construction going on with lots of noise next to the pool (drilling and hammering). All in all poor atmosphere despite nice rooms.

Great hotel. Pool area really nice. 10 minutes drive to nearby towns with restaurants if you want to get out but you're in the middle of a few so lots of options

La bellezza della struttura non si discute Il cibo buono.... Ma le stanze purtroppo non sono adatte allo stile della struttura.... Il bagno troppo piccolo con doccia scomoda.... Personale educato Prezzo camere troppo alto... ...................................

Premetto che la struttura è molto bella, il problema è tutto il resto. Arriviamo in albergo con un bimbo di 4 mesi e ci si presenta davanti una scalinata molto impegnativa. Nessuno ci aiuta e saliamo da soli bagagli e passeggino. Alla reception ci comunicano che la nostra stanza è distante dalla reception e che ci conviene arrivarci con la macchina. Alla nostra richiesta di cosa fare con i bagagli “gentilmente” ci dicono di ricaricarli in auto e portarli con noi, sempre senza aiuto. Cerchiamo di mangiare qualcosa a pranzo e dopo essere tornato alla reception (poiché in stanza non c’era nulla che spiegasse come contattarli via telefono) ci portano in circa 40 minuti due toast e due birre. Il mattino dopo proviamo a usare la doccia che era rotta. La reception ci comunica che avrebbe mandato il “tecnico”. Arriva un ragazzo con sandali sporchi che entra nel bagno, poi in doccia, smonta il pezzo rotto e uscendo si asciuga i sandali sporchi sul tappetino del bagno (allego foto). Dopo mezz’ora non abbiamo notizie, contatto la reception e chiedo anche pulizia del bagno ma mi dicono che sarebbe stata fatta dopo l’intervento di riparazione in modo sommario perché le donne della pulizia arrivavano il giorno dopo. A quel punto chiedo di cambiare stanza e solo dopo 4 chiamate in un’ora di tempo arriva qualcuno che protestava perché avevo dato fastidio dato che stava facendo altro. Dopo che ci accompagna se ne va sbraitando e sbattendo la porta. Per non parlare di scene di panico alla colazione dove con 50 persone c’era un cameriere che correva avanti e indietro comunicando che i cornetti finiti erano in forno……probabilmente bruciati dato che in 25 minuti di colazione non si sono visti

Semplicemente location meravigliosa , l'ho scelta per il mio matrimonio 6 anni fa e ieri ci siamo tornati per il nostro anniversario. Stesse coccole, stesse sensazioni, stesso senso di benessere e relax. La risceglierei altre 1000 volte . Ottimi piatti e personale fantastico. È il posto del mio cuore!

Il ne faudrait pas grand chose pour qu’il devienne un très bel hôtel , le personnel est vraiment top. On passe sur la ligne de chemin de fer au loin,qui en fait ne dérange nullement,il y a deux très belles piscines un practice de l’espace et c’est très propre Mais pas de peignoir dans les chambres supérieures, les gobelets sont en plastique et pas de coffre en libre accès. Son implantation en fait un point stratégique pour rayonner
