Another lovely week. Clean, comfortable, very friendly and efficient. Gareth and his team were as welcoming as ever. Ideally placed to visit Speyside and handy for Nairn, Inverness, and even Deeside (2 hrs). Lots of both high level and low level walking. We will be back!

Wonderful hotel. The second time I have stayed here. Wondeful staff. Alice is a star. Nothing is to much trouble. Great food with generous portions. If you eat a full breakfast you would have to walk ten miles to walk it off. Plenty of choice and beautifully presented

A true joy to stay at this little pub-hotel in Carrbridge. We used it as a starting point for various day trips in The Highlands, and it was very convenient. The room was a little outdated, but as expected. The breakfast was made to order and tasted great everyday - a big thanks to the chef. And the staff was just great. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I am looking forward to coming back.

As a Group tour guide traveling from Blair Castle to Culloden, we had delays on the A9. I called 1 hour ahead to this fabulous family run little hotel situated on n the village of Carrbridge a few feet away from the ancient stone bridge. Old fashioned village pub with wood logs on fire setting a cosy welcoming ambience. Gareth the owner put together a fantastic whisky tasting and educated the tour group on the variety of Highlands, Islands, Speysides etc. Very knowledgeable and answered a mirriad of question. The food at lunch my group reported as being the best they had so far had yet, this was day last week 4 of their tour. I will ensure that I bring all future tour groups to the Cairn Hotel at Carrbridge Cairngorm, Scotland.

Great location for exploring the Cairngorms. Bar/restaurant right on site. Parking is available. Good Scottish breakfast included. The rooms are spacious and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Store nearby for needed supplies for a picnic for a day in the National Park.

We didn't stay at the hotel but ate here during our stay nearby. We had eaten here on a trip last year so knew the food was good and it didn't disappoint. The burgers are great, you can actually tell they are made from real beef. We travel to the area most years so will definitely be back in the future.

Great place to start your exploration tour of the Highlands. Barkeeper Jamie was very friendly and let the bar open for us. Rooms are very cozy. Open fireplace invites you to spend your time in the Pub. You can relax and enjoy nature in this region perfectly. Would definitely recommend to stay here.

I wanted a Hotel close to River Findhorn and used the Cairn Hotel, very pleasant owner and chatted about fishing before sorting my room key. Food was very good & very clean room, tea, coffee and even a caramel wafer for snack. The bar staff very efficient and pour a beautiful Belhaven Best beer. Breakfast was excellent and special mention for Nora who was brilliant both behind bar and in mornings, breakfast service was top class……a professional and good credit to herself.

Another great lunch (3 years in a row whilst on holiday). Windswept beer on tap, along with our fave Cairngorm Stag. Burgers still great! Staff take the time to talk with you about beers, food etc. Good service. Fire roaring - welcome considering it was minus degrees outside
