A superbly run, clean and great value establishment with a warm welcome from the hosts. The best buffet breakfast of any hotel during our week in Sicily, generous and with a wide variety of options. Ortigia is just a 10 minute drive, so why be ripped off to stay there when you can relax in this excellent hotel for half the price.

This B&B is like a real bed and breakfast is supposed to be! Family run, clean, very gracious property with all the amenities you might need during your stay in the wonderful Siracusa. The villa lies in the countryside so a car is highly recommended: you can reach Ortigia old town in 10/15 minutes drive. A very much appreciated plus is the pool (10 x 5 meters), not as big as those you can find in a proper hotel but definitely large enough to spend some enjoyable afternoons, sunbathing and drinking cold drinks. What makes this place unforgettable is, anyway, the kindness and the human warmth of the owners, always ready to help and assist with suggestions and advices. The Oasi is the perfect place to relax and a good starting point for all the excursions in the area. Five stars well deserved!

Ho soggiornato soltanto per una notte con la mia ragazza, e devo dire che l'accoglienza della signora Rosetta è stata super ci ha spiegato tutto sempre col sorriso e gentilezza , Per non parlare della disponibilità e simpatia di Graziano e Patrizia che sanno come farti sentire a casa! E poi volevo spendere due parole sulla location Oasi del gabbiano, un paradiso terrestre , contornato da un verde curatissimo e una piccola piscina dove poterti rinfrescare sotto il sole siciliano nonostante sia il 16 di ottobre , spettacolo! Grazie di vero cuore , viva la Sicilia , viva l'oasi del gabbiano , lo consiglierò sicuramente!

Posto consigliatissimo.per chi vuole passare dei momenti di completo relax lontano dalla città è dal caos.pulizia top personale gentile attenta alle tue esigenze ho trovato una seconda famiglia.la colazione indescrivibile dalla A alla Z. Possibilità di cenare sul posto.il cuoco Don Carmelo un veterano della cucina.prepara certi piatti fatti con passione e dedizione. Graziano un punto di riferimento per ogni cosa.luogo strategico per raggiungere noto Siracusa e le altre zone limitrofe.spero dì tornarci il prossimo anno.

Pernottamento di una notte. Accoglienza calorosa. Stanza pulita. Buona qualità del sonno. Gradevole colazione, che varia dal dolce al salato (buonissime le torte fatte in casa!). Giusto rapporto qualità prezzo. Unico neo: la piscina troppo piccola! Tutto sommato discreta esperienza.

Ottima posizione a 5 minuti da Ortigia e dalle zone di mare..cortesia e gentilezza da parte di tutti..dolci per colazione preparati da loro a dir poco buonissimi..piscina pulita circondata da un giardino ben curato..bravi tutti!!
