Wonderful hotel, bright and clean rooms, beautiful view from the window. Very friendly staff, 4 wonderful pools, from deep (2 meters) to shallow, for children. There is a private beach (no need to pay specially for access to the sea). Inside the hotel there are several souvenir shops and a currency exchange office with a good, fair exchange rate.
The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The food at breakfast (included) is good, but if you want to order something for lunch or dinner, be prepared that the food will be undercooked, almost half-raw. And the hotel restaurant has very high prices. There are excellent restaurants within a two-minute walk from the hotel, where the food is delicious and the prices are half the price.

staff at the beach did not work for the hotel and over charge me for drinks. hotel charge $422.78 for my stay and payment was already made to *******. i need a refund from hotel. also hotel told me they dont have double room king bed. i was given a standard room.

Fancy for Colombia - a large resort with lots of amenities. But leave and explore the real Cartagena! I felt like I was anywhere in a nice Hilton in the USA. Great for solo travelers. Very safe

While the property itself is in a nice location with very nice beach, the roads, side walks nearby are not well maintained. The manhole covers nearby were missing or broken, so you have to be careful walking around. This is probably due to city folks. I visited the same hotel in 2016, the state of the hotel in general seems slightly worse compared to then. Hilton should put in effort to keep the place up to date for modern times in terms of maintenance.

A resort that is family oriented, but needs renovation it is old, requires for its condition a full renovation.
Our room the bathroom smelled horrible al the time, water could not be regulated, the restaurants are old fashioned.
