They upgraded our room and gave us an ocean view. Everyone was nice and helpful. Room was nice but not amazing.

The rooms were a very nice size. Modern, clean and beautiful. Breakfast buffet was good, but not as good as the one at the Intercontinental in Cali, Colombia. It was missing a lot of the traditional Colombian food. Concierge Diana was great!

Hotel was clean, food and staff were great. Definitely not the place if you’re looking to enjoy the pool and beach. Pool doesn’t get sun until 1 in the afternoon and with that it’s limited. Beach is filled with people selling anything and everything and don’t take no for an answer. You can’t leave your things at your chair and go to the water as it will be gone before you get to the waterline.

The suite was perfect! Housekeeping didn't miss a thing during their daily visits. Pool area and bar were fantastic, it had a great vibe and good food. Convenient location to the beach with a short ride to the historic district and airport. The customer service however, stood out above all else. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us always feel welcomed.

This is an amazing hotel with incredible amenities (specifically the happy hour’s!). Our room was very nice and clean with an amazing view of the water. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
Will definitely be staying here again!

The property is in an excellent location near the beach, restaurants, and shops. The breakfast selection was limited to vegan options. The hotel rooms and other amenities such as swimming pools and Intercontinental Club are excellent. As an IHG Platinum Elite member, I am unsure about staying here again since there should be some improvement in the restaurant service. We had some issues with the staff who did not follow the high quality of service unlike at other luxury hotels. Overall, it is a 4 out of 5-star hotel.
