We left the hotel and left within 2 hours, it was not what I paid for, for example: - AC was not working - I called the desk 3 times to check the AC and help me with the safe box and nobody came. - They said they had snack bar and there was no snack bar, one lady handing out potato’s, they only had 1 snack, no choices or anything like that, no snack bar at all. - No internet at all, I need to connect for work and internet did not work, when I connected it was less that 2 MB and disconnected and could not connect again. - When I asked for towels for the pool for my kids they gave me 2 towels that I thought they used them to clean the floors, they were stained and they were torn. The customer service manager (Lisa Gonzalez) said she was going to help but she did not help at all, she said they “offered” another room and ******* could not cancelled the reservation when we left in less than 2 hours, we lost $2,000, worst hotel ever, nothing, not one single good thing to say about this hotel, is a complete scam. This is the only time I needed help from ******* and they took the side of the hotel even when we left in less than 2 hours, the whole experience was BAD

Me parece súper exelente todo en general en especial las actividades de la piscina muy bonito la recreación yoyo una persona muy muy amable super divertida y animada. Me encantó el show de amor y amistad todo estuvo súper bonito Volveremos pronto a visitar este hotel

Excelente el servicio. La atención de personal es amables y atentos. Las habitaciones y espacios de esparcimiento muy confortables. Los servicios y las comidas de muy buena calidad y con muy buena sazón. Los servicios de las piscinas son muy seguras

la experiencia fue excelente. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y agradables, lo que nos hizo sentir cómodos desde el primer momento. El ambiente es perfecto para quienes viajan en familia, con espacios adecuados para relajarse y disfrutar. Además, la comida fue increíble, con una gran variedad de platos deliciosos que superaron nuestras expectativas. El personal siempre estuvo atento y amable, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún más agradable. Sin duda, lo recomendaría para quienes buscan un lugar acogedor y bien cuidado en Cartagena.

Todo super bien el unico inconveniente fue la conexión al Internet es muy inestable en el menu deben de ser mas especificos ya de q deben de especificar q es un todo incluido estilo bufete pero la gente y sus trabajadores fueron siempre muy amables

Una falta de respeto. 3 noches con una de ella en punta arena. Nos hicieron el check out a temprana hora en la isla y al llegar aquí nos dicen que debemos esperar hasta las 3 para la habitación, perdiendo los tour planeados, sabiendo que se pagaron 3 noches. Por qué estos detalles no se anticipan al cliente? Cuando los traslados de isla al hotel solamente son de 8 a 11am ?entonces De 12 a 3 de la tarde parece una exageración la espera para un paquete adquirido y pagado por anticipado. Deben entender que uno viaja con todo un equipaje y que uno desea llegar dejar en resguardo sus pertenencias e indiferentemente se tenga un tour o no es derecho del cliente está atención inmediata o al menos un mínimo de espera pero NO 3 a 4 horas, como si estuviésemos llegando el primer día.

Es una estafa, ofrecen plan combinado con punta Arena, la primera noche hotel dorado luego fuimos punta Arena la segunda noche y lo hacen entregar a las 9am, cuando regresamos a dorado para la tercera noche, a las 9:30 am que regresamos al hotel Dorado no nos dejaron ingresar a habitación que tenía que esperar hasta las 3pm, es una estafa perder desde las 9 hasta las 3 un perverso servicio y adicional malos tratos, por la incompetencia

Me parece que es una falta de respeto la desinformación del plan vacacional que se tomó. Tomamos 3 noches y una en punta arena. Al llegar hotel de boca grande dice que debemos esperar hasta las 3 para la habitación y perdernos el tour planeado.

Las habitaciones y al aire acondicionado les falta mucho mantenimiento la variedad de las comidas deben ser más que la fachadas tengan un buen aspecto pues en el momento no se ven muy bien, de restos el servicio es bueno la atención también los cócteles u la cercanía al mar es un buen plus
