Friendly and helpful staff, they are willing to help at any moment. Rooms are clean. Hostel is located just a few steps from historical center, and few blocks from Getsemani Barrio. You have to pay for breakfast, but is worth it. It has a very nice jacuzzi, that you can enjoy at the end of the afternoon after a long walk around the city.

-I found bed bugs in my bed -The owner of the hostel, in full cooperation with the receptionist, robbed me! -The hostel is very close to the center but at night, as it is in a isolated area, it is unsafe. -Encontre chinches en mi cama -El proprietario, junto con la recepcion, me robo -El hostel esta muy cerca al centro, pero en la noche, esta en una area aislada, y no es seguro

They have not hot water for bath and there is no information in the platform. We have to cancel two o the three nights because the Airline Company went to bankrupt. We asked as soon as we got aware, the hotel has not contemplated returning part or total of the payment.

El hospedaje es limpio, cuenta con aire acondicionado, con nevera, se encuentra en un lugar cerca de sitios estratégicos (sitios turísticos, restaurantes de todos los precios, incluyendo almuerzos ejecutivos desde 14000 mil POC, cerca se encuentran lugares turísticos, el centro de convenciones, supermercados, farmacias y comercio en general, incluyendo el transporte público). No es un hotel de lujo pero es completamente ideal para una estadía de algunos días. El personal es amable y muy respetuoso. Me gustó y lo volvería a ocupar.

buena la atención pero en montos de emergencias por corte de agua o luz que fue todo el día no cuentan con luces de emergías en todo el hotel estuvimos a oscuras todo el día mas en la noche no se ve nada poca preocupación en eso ya que las habitaciones están hacia arriba del hotel subiendo escaleras i sin luz se hace mas peligroso no cuenta con generador de luz , luces de emergencias en pasillos y escaleras

Excelente ubicación y trato del personal al 1000% Habitación e instalaciones super limpias. Me permitieron la entrada muy temprano Sin costo adicional. Guardaron mi equipaje hasta después del check out. Los recomendaré con mis amigos.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de todo lo que sucede en el centro de Cartagena. Habitación muy cómoda. El personal fue muy amable y muy atento. El desayuno es sencillo pero muy rico, ofrecen diferentes opciones. Me encantó tener minibar para poder refrigerar mis bebidas.

Nuestra estancia en el hotel Luka fue perfecta, fuimos sin reserva previa y nos pudieron colocar sin ningun problema. Las habitaciones son grandes y estan muy limpias, la ubicacion inmejorable en pleno centro y muy cerca a la plaza del reloj. Recomiendo 100%

Hotel con excelente ubicación, cerca de la ciudad amurallada, cerca del castillo san Felipe, cerca del transporte publico y cerca del mejor barrio del mundo (Getsemani). Adicional cuenta con habitaciones cómodas y aire acondicionado de calidad.
