I had a good stay at the hotel. Best part of the stay is definitely the feee shuttle service to the hotel nearby

So disappointing. I've always stayed here in RDU before an early flight. This time the hotel felt neglected. No shampoo or lotion. Could not get the temperature to work. Noisy neighbors in the hallway and their room. Not clean!

Tameka was very hospitable and the handicap room was very accommodating. Very clean!
The only problem that could have been better is not putting breakfast away an hour before the stated time, turning off the juice, etc. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!
