Luna Residence Hotel

2 adults and 2 children stayed for a week at Christmas. The room was ok, if you wanted to have breakfast you had to be there at 8 o'clock otherwise there would be nothing left to eat... we had to pay €20 extra because we had used the glasses in the room. I don't think it's normal because when you go on holiday you don't take glasses in your suitcase, it's not stated on their website either. The lady in the breakfast room was talking very loudly, which is unpleasant when you have just woken up.

Excellent quiet small hotel, very friendly staff, very clean and within reach of Parma. They say this is a renovated and converted Church and it may have also been a monastery at some point. Residential location, close to everything and also within a short driving distance to Parma and other nearby locations (Sabbioneta, Verdi's House, Mantova and more).

Apartment very clean and confortable. Relaxing swimming pool. Very nice experience. All perfectly works, seems to be at home. We would like to remain more time. When we will have a trip near casalmaggiore we'll be glad to return here.

Great hotel ideal for us as close to Cremona karting! Nice and clean and great breakfast! We love a dip the pool on our return from a long day at the kart track! We just wish the pool would stay open a bit later in the evenings as the children from all over the world swim and chat together!

Very satisfied with the Hotel and the overall stay. I staid in the Apartments hotel, Nice and spacious, cleaned every day no complain 5 Star Service * B&B the breakfast was not great not terrible, a broader selection would be better * Sleep great matrace and quiet stay *Parking inside the hotel was great * Late checking was possible *Pool is a great added value, i used almost daily

We were with 2 adults and a boy of 16. Appartment number 1 was large enough. Closet safe, 2 small tables and a large bathroom. In the kitchen were next to cutlery also some basics, like salt and oil present. I was really clean. The complex is energy efficient; almost everything is electric and generated with solar panels. Hiring a bike costs just a bit and along the Po is a nice biketrip.

Siamo stati presso la struttura per festeggiare il capodanno, eravamo divisi in 4 appartamenti di cui 2 open space e 2 bilocali. Al momento della prenotazione abbiamo chiesto se almeno un bilocale potesse ospitarci tutti e 15 (nove adulti e sei bambini) per poter passare le cene in compagnia; ci è stato risposto che nel bilocale ci stavamo tranquillamente tutti in quanto dotato di tavolo allungabile. Detto questo, la struttura meriterebbe 4 ma anche 5 stelle, anche la cortesia, disponibilità e professionalità di tutto lo staff meriterebbe 4 o 5 stelle...... Purtroppo come riscontrato anche in parecchie recensioni precedenti, il giorno della partenza e del pagamento abbiamo avuto a che fare con il titolare....Al momento del conto trovo conteggiato l'utilizzo di 2 angoli cottura quando in realtà noi ne abbiamo utilizzato solo uno nell'unico bilocale in cui ci siamo ritrovati tutti per la cena. Faccio notare l'addebito in più e mi viene risposto in maniera perentoria scortese e maleducata che avendo spostato il tavolo da un bilocale all'altro viene automaticamente conteggiato l'utilizzo dell'angolo cottura e che non c'è modo di discuterne perché nella sua struttura funziona così. Dopo un po' di discussione e di muro contro muro lasciamo la struttura con l'amaro in bocca in quanto fino a quel momento eravamo rimasti molto contenti del trattamento ma purtroppo gli atteggiamenti sbagliati di una sola persona possono far cambiare opinione a discapito del resto del personale che ha lavorato professionalmente.

Se vi trovate nei dintorni di Casalmaggiore Cr e cercate un ottimo tre stelle vi consiglio questa struttura,nn è solo residence ci sono anche camere, è una struttura a cui nn manca nulla secondo noi, dalla piscina in estate alla palestra, parcheggio, la mattina una bella colazione dolce/ salata,ma la cosa bella sono le camere super pulite,e sia il personale che la proprietà sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili,peccato essersi fermati solo due notti,ma torneremo! Un ultima cosa in pochi km siete a Mantova,Cremona, Sabbioneta....
