Hotel Villa Sirena - Thermae & Spa

Our 6 day stay at Villa Sirena was the highlight of our visit to Italy this spring. The hotel is comfortable and it is wonderful to have a gorgeous thermal spa and pool within the hotel and accessible day and night. But the best part of the hotel is, as all the other reviewers have said, is the genuinely great care given to the guests by the owners and all of the staff at the hotel. We will not forget the helpfulness of Alberto & Arnoldo, the humour and gracious service in the dining room from Mario and Antonio, nor Monica's magic hands when giving relaxing massages. The suggestions for daily activities and transport to and fro were especially helpful for first time visitors to Ischia and the delicious, filling meals after a full day were much appreciated. We have been spreading the word about this lovely hotel since we got home and we hope to be able to return in the not to distant future.

Great hotel with excellent thermal spa, restaurant, and rooftop deck. Staff very attentive and helpful especially Alberto and his brother Arnoldo. They provide pick up and drop off service to the ports for your arrival and departure. They also helped us plan out an itinerary for our stay. Aperitivo on the rooftop deck was a daily highlight! Would definitely stay here again.

villa sirena was a delightful home base for our vacation on Ischia- The brothers who run the hotel treat guests like family. The warmth was contageous- We enjoyed delicious breakfasts on the patio, took advantage of the rooftop area to sit and relax in the hot tub or on a lounge and loved the spa downstairs--We also enjoyed dinners at the hotel where the waiters brought seconds on pasta and had us leaving the table quite full--The hotel even had a birthday cake for my wife--a welcoming hotel. At their recommendation we enjoyed days at the beach club and at a thermal pool beach..we hope to return to ischia and without doubt, when we do, we will again want to stay at villa sirena

What a beautiful experience staying at this family run hotel. The thermal baths are excellent and the rooms and hotel are kept extremely clean. Nothing is too much for brothers Alberto and Arnaldo to organise. Their shuttle service gets you to most places of interest and they are always willing to make an extra drop-off if requested. All staff extremely polite and always cheerful. Enjoy a dinner cooked in house but make sure you have a good appetite as the servings are generous. Thank you Alberto, Arnaldo and family for making our first visit to Ischia a very special one.

We stayed here in June 24 having been swayed by the excellent on-line reviews. The multiple comments about how the staff - and particular the owner, Alberto - go out of their way to make your stay special were spot on. He works incredibly hard and provided so much helpful advice and courtesy transport that we felt we had been invited into his extended family. The spa area is downstairs and incredibly clean and modern. That this is included in the price along with homely evening meals makes this one of the best value for money hotels we have ever enjoyed. We had a mountain view room on the top floor - so had easy access to the sun terrace where there are great sea views. Huge thanks to Alberto and all the staff for making our stay extra special.

This was our second visit to Hotel Villa Sirena and I doubt it will be our last. We first visited for my Birthday in September 2022 and had such an amazing time, I went back in April 2024 with my Mum to show her the best place to stay in Ischia!! (She has also said she cannot wait to come back). Alberto and the team really go above and beyond to make sure you have the best holiday. They know Ischia so well, each day recommending the best part of the island to visit (even down to where on the island the weather would be best!) The team drop you off and pick you up and provide lots of different itineraries for things to do on the island, planning your day for you so all you have to do is enjoy yourself! The hotel is beautiful, with a lush rooftop garden complete with hot tub! We had a lovely time chilling there of an evening after a long day of exploring with a few drinks and snacks. We also spent many an evening in the spa, which is just the perfect way to relax after a day in the sun. The best part of the day for us was always the 4 course dinner extravaganza! Delicious home cooking and always the best service from Antonio and Mario :) I honestly could say more about this wonderful hotel and just how truly amazing the team is - I cannot wait to come back again next year.

We were truly guests during our recent stay at Hotel Villa Sirena! Every consideration was given to help us plan our activities and assist with transportation. The property is immaculate. We took advantage of the dinner plan and were so happy we did! It was the perfect ending to each day. We also used the spa facilities right on the property, they were amazing! I almost forgot to mention the roof top- relaxing and beautiful views. Wonderful visit, would love to return!

An excellent week in a marvelous place. Cannot begin to say how grateful I am to all the staff at Villa Sirena for making our stay a really memorable one: the location is slightly withdrawn from the center but thanks to their constant availability with the minibus one can get all over the island with maximum ease. The spa is magnificent and spotlessly clean, the therapies thanks to the modern equipment and the outstanding qualities of La Rita water are very effective; rooms are well upkept, the beds are comfortable and the girls doing the housework are to be commended for the quality of their work. Finally, the food is high quality home cooking, with generous portions served by friendly and efficient waiters and an adequate choice between the two daily menus offered: the ample sweet breakfast buffet is complemented by cooked dishes on demand: served on the nice covered terrace, it provides an invigorating start to the day. The attentive service provided, the friendly welcome and warm atmosphere at Villa Sirena are sure to bring us back here in the near future !

Alberto and his staff were the nicest, most caring and capable hosts. I felt welcomed the minute I arrived - part of the family. The food was delicious and room so comfortable. The view from the rooftop beautiful. The best part, though, was the staff. They went out of their way multiple times to please everyone. And, oh my, they are wonderful drivers on the extremely narrow twisting roads. Alberto took a group of us on a guided walk along the coast in the hills, past homes and vineyards and cliffs and just beauty to an isolated restaurant overlooking the vineyards and sea. The group had a wonderful lunch, wine, lemoncello and bonding. This is Alberto’s home and he was so gracious in showing us what he loved about it. His enthusiasm just rubbed off on all of us.
