O serviço oferecido pelo Ibis em toda a sua rede é sempre excelente. No Ibis Cascavel não foi diferente. Ambiente limpo, funcionários atenciosos e um ótimo café da manhã. Um detalhe para melhoria da própria Trip.com e do serviço no geral seria deixar claro para o hotel "contratado" que a reserva já havia sido paga antecipadamente.

The Ibis hotel brand is pretty standard worldwide, providing a rather spartan environment that is typically clean, functional and perfect for a short stay. The Cascavel branch is typical, though it is almost more sterile than spartan: apart from the built-in cupboards the rooms contain no furniture other than a bed and a red plastic chair. The bathrooms are similarly spare – not even a plastic cup for a toothbrush. The rooms also lack a safe for valuables. However, the check in agent was very sweet and helpful, and basically advised me not to bother with the hotel ‘restaurant’, as all the meals just came frozen. A genuinely warm welcome like this is worth a lot in a chain hotel! The breakfast was standard for Brazil and I don’t quite follow why other guests found it unsatisfactory. There was an ample choice of fruits, cheeses, breads and hot dishes, even for me as a vegetarian. Everything was fresh and wholesome. Much nicer fare than Ibis in the London airports! Overall, I think the recently built Ibis Cascavel is decent value for money.

Quarto com cheiro de umidade (isso porque fiquei em dois quartos em dias diferentes). Um dos quartos a porta do box não fechava direito. Tudo indica que pararam de investir e no entanto está super caro.

Íbis é aquele hotel sem surpresas. Cumpre o que promete!! Passamos uma noite e levamos nossos dog’s! Como sugestão, já que tem taxa, poderiam disponibilizar tapetes higiênicos, fica a dica. Mas é bom pelo valor. Cama confortável, chuveiro e secador.

Quarto super confortável, chuveiro quentinho, cama ótima, travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã muito bom, atendentes educados e prestativos. Excelente experiência. Recomendo para quem estiver de passagem pela cidade.
