Par contre le petit déjeuner à revois complètement seulement du sucre du sucre pas de boisson chaud et les serveurs limite amable.

It was only a quick overnight stay. Was walking distance from train station and palace.
Very efficient check in and helpful front desk staff.
Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Breakfast staff could have been more friendly.
Room was quiet and comfortable bed.

The entrance of rhe hotel is very nice , but the rooms are very dissapointed very small and no hot water and water comes very slow in the shower

I think the rooms must have been renovated, as some reviews talk about dirt, etc, but our room was spotless and clearly newly done. It was spacious and the shower was huge, although the wall was made of glass so you could see the shower from the bedroom (room 109). Our son's room (110) didn't have a shower but an enormous bath, so I recommend specifying if you prefer a shower or bath. The breakfast was pretty basic, room for improvement, but the location is really excellent. You can leave your car in the subsidised car park and walk to the Reggia and to the town centre, so worth staying there for that alone.

"Europa Art Hotel" buon albergo. Hall accogliente, camera confortevole. Trattandosi di un 4 stelle non avrebbe guastato qualche facilities in più nel bagno e nella stanza (fazzoletti di carta, ciabattine, bustine di plastica, un foglio di carta ed una penna per appunti sul desk). Eccellente la colazione, allestita in una bella sala con un buffet vario e di qualità. Personale gentilissimo sia alla Reception che in Sala Breakfast.

Ho soggiornato per tre giorni in questa struttura molto buona. Davvero preciso e cordiale il personale di servizio. Fantastica la colazione a buffet, offre una scelta molto ampia e di grande qualità. Posizione top anche per chi desidera soggiornare per scopi turistici, a pochi passi da tutto: il centro paese con negozi e vie del passeggio e la splendida Reggia di Caserta.

Ho soggiornato con un gruppo di amici la notte del 28.04, ma la mia recensione riguarda soltanto la mia esperienza in coppia. Devo dire che l'ala dove era ubicata la nostra camera non era certo da 4 stelle, mobili e stipiti scheggiati, finestre da pulire, non c'era il frigobar, il bagno molto stretto la porta scorrevole si è staccata dall'alloggiamento e mi è rovinata addosso. Per quanto riguarda l'alimentazione, il pranzo è stato discreto, la prima colazione non aveva molta scelta ma è stata accettabile. Direi che si dovrebbe rivedere la categoria.
