Honestly there are not enough words to express what we feel about this place. It started as a lovely little 3 night trip planned for myself, husband, son and daughter in law. As promised the hotel had arranged our transfers .. bang on time and perfect. The hotel looked like a true diamond in the rough - stunning in every way, relaxing, great location, spotlessly clean and fabulous breakfast. Friendly staff at both reception and at breakfast….. however then the drama started… On our second day our flight was cancelled and the earliest flight home meant we would have to stay 3 extra nights (shame). Unfortunately the hotel had no room for us, but they did have a new apar**ent (20 minute walk away) by the beach for a great price.. perfect we thought! Then the next day I was struck with food poisoning (not from the hotel I might add)… I was very unwell.. spent the rest of our time in the hotel in bed. But it was then time to move to the apar**ent (no way I could walk) so they arranged a member of staff to drive us and show us in to the apar**ent. The apar**ent was stunning 5*. I ended up spending the rest of the holiday in bed and then in hospital for 24 hours, but the service didn’t stop. The hotel knew I was unwell, kept in touch with my family ensuring the continued to enjoy themselves, asking how I was, offering assistance etc. I was discharged from hospital the evening before we left for home.. the hotel arranged a taxi from the apar**ent back into the town for me to enjoy my last night without having to walk. That’s not to mention the beautiful couple who lived beneath the apar**ent who arranged hospital taxi etc. I haven’t even mentioned just how beautiful the area is, at first glance a little rough around the edges but such charm and by night the most magical and romantic of places… the people are stunning in every way. I know this is a long winded review but I wanted to express the next level service, compassion and pure perfection that is this hotel and their staff.

Overall was good but there are a couple of things to consider. First, they only change towels every other day and sheets every 3 days. The room key has to be dropped off every time you leave the room/hotel. There is NO pool, it’s a large outdoor unheated jacuzzi that you have to pay 5 euros per person per hour to use. Not ideal in the middle of a summer heatwave. Spa massage was as below average too.

We stayed in a large group and the hotel was very accommodating, they provided us with great suggestions for the area and helped us book a day at sea. They were having some issues with their AC, which they fixed very quickly. The only issue we had was with a mix up in the rooms, when we checked in. Another couple, who was not under our reservation, but with our group, took one of our rooms. There was a cost difference but the staff tried their best to find a solution for us.

Beautiful resort! Tastefully decorated and clean. Walking distance to cafes and shops. Would recommend!

Excellent service, the location was Just off the city centre (which Is a positive as It was very quite and not noisy). Although It was not well transport wise and It was very difficult every day to find a car parking space. Also the room was quite small for 2. The rest was very good.

Alloggio buono e stanza bella, pulita e comoda. Colazione eccezzionale a 5 stelle molto abbondante. L’unica cosa negativa è stata la spa molto bella ma nello stesso tempo il tempo è molto poco cioè 1 ora, non si ha il tempo di di godersi tutte le 3 cose che ci sono sauna, doccia emozionale, vasca con idro massaggio e nemmeno il tempo di bere il the che offrono.

Ottimo hotel. Camere accoglienti e confortevoli! Ambiente molto pulito! Staff professionale e disponibile! Ottima la colazione con possibilità di scegliere sia dolce che salato. Buonissime le torte. Consigliato!
