Zdecydowanie hotel na plus ! Polecam a cudowna i pomocna obsługę . Pyszne śniadania , duży wybór . Możliwość korzystania z basenu . Widok na 5 piętrze piękny . Polecam posiedzieć tam i podziwiać widoki . Jedyny mały minus za wysokość która trzeba pokonać wchodząc z miasta do hotelu ale ponoć bo norma we Włoszech . Odległość od Amalfi ok 1,5 godz promem . Polecam podróże koleją .

Had a great time at the Hotel Paradiso. The location was great, with easy access to both Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. My room was a nice size with a balcony with sea views and the pool was a great touch after a long day of sightseeing. But the crowning glory is the staff who were amazing and incredibly helpful !

This hotel needs to be avoided. The staff had a terrible attitude and were very rude, swearing at us in Italian. The hotel had decent rooms although you don't get a choice of meals at dinner. The only reason this hotel is seen as good is because it has a pool. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel. The staff also came into our room to clean and touched all our stuff without out permission, even moving important stuff such as passports and valuable items. The rooms were decent although there was a bug infestation in one of the beds alongside the other being broken. The staff also took away our dirty sheets and failed to replace them afterwards. Honestly, spend your har earned money elsewhere.

I recently had the misfortune of booking at the Hotel Paradiso, and I cannot emphasize enough how disappointing my experience was. From start to finish, it was a nightmare. Booking Process: 1 Star The booking process was straightforward, but little did I know what awaited me. I made a reservation for July 20th, and the hotel promptly charged my credit card for the full amount. Fair enough, right? Wrong. Flight Cancellation Drama: 0 Stars Due to unforeseen circumstances (flight cancellation), I had to adjust my travel plans. I contacted the hotel, hoping for some flexibility. Instead, I was met with indifference. They refused to refund or reschedule my stay, citing their “strict policy.” No empathy, no understanding. Customer Service: -5 Stars (if possible) When I expressed my frustration, the hotel staff laughed in my face. Literally. They mocked my situation and made it clear that they didn’t care about my predicament. As if that weren’t enough, they even threatened me if I didn't take my review down, they would publish in the internet all my personal data Conclusion: Run, Don’t Walk In summary, avoid this hotel like the plague. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area that won’t treat you like a nuisance. As for me, I’ll be filing a complaint with every travel platform I can find.

Overall experience was alright, although the hotel staff came into our room to clean, and moved all our stuff around and put it in random places, where we then had to hunt around each others stuff to find our belongings. You also dont get a choice of food at meal times, apart from breakfast. Pool was great though, and so was the scenery around the hotel.

Rooms were low standard. The bathroom door had no lock, there was no soap in the bathroom, there was a strange mark in one of the beds. The food was shocking. Most undercooked, vegetables were all very salty and all the meat was crunchy (it wasn’t meant to have any bones in it). Overall this experience was terrible and would not come back here again

From the check-in we have been treated like king. We got the deluxe double with view and it was amazing. The atmosphere is typical of the Amalfi coast but the position allows you to visit everything with ease. We went to Pompei in 7mins, Sorrento and Naples in 20mins and amalfi and positano in 25mins, if you want to visit all the coast the location is perfect. We also stayed there for dinner and was classic Italian amazing food. Super recommended

the food is so revolting, there is ants everywhere and the water is not hot. i honestly can’t describe the food that is the worst part of the hotel,there is no menu u get what you are given and the peas are drowning in water and the pork has no flavor

Hôtel situé dans un nomansland, attention à vos affaires en vous y rendant. Hyper bruyant avec des tirs de mortiers qui distrait la population locale. La nourriture est immonde, le clou du repas un verre avec 8 cerises dont 2 à jeter. La chambre est à peine digne d’un 2 étoiles.
