We had a very good stay at the Grand Hotel. The park and swimming pool are immaculate and properly manned. The view from our room was charming. The food and drinks were top notch level. What made the experience special , though, was the perfect mix between friendliness and professionalism of the staff.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Attentive staff. We ate lunch and dinner there only once as he food from the restaurant was not very good. All in all I would stay there again and just eat out.

My wedding day party 09/10/2022 due to leave your hotel .. *********** guests also . 2 weeks before we arrive you cancel. I had the bridal suite booked. I am devastated and appalled you would cancel such an important and emotional day. We are disgusted by your lack of emotion. Words fail me at leaving us in this peril we find ourselves in from England. I am moving to Italy and I will continue to review and tell people what turmoil you have left my wedding party in . Appalling, and emotionally disgusting

Oltre le aspettative, una sala colazione degna di un film, la tranquillità di un luogo immerso tra alberi e fontane, veramente da visitare. Consiglio a tutti se di passaggio di fermarsi. Il posto è anche dotato di una spa e nella zona ci sono le terme

Siamo stati al Grand Hotel Telese nei giorni 30 e 31 dicembre 2023 partecipando al cenone di capodanno. La struttura, in stile neoclassico dei primi del ‘900, è immersa nel verde ed è dotata di una SPA con piscina d’acqua termale, sauna, ecc. molto rilassante ed accogliente. Il personale dell’hotel è gentile e disponibile. Posto ideale per chi vuole trascorrere giornate in tranquillità , lontano dallo stress quotidiano.

Di "passaggio" con la nostra squadra, solo x mangiare, ci siamo fermati in questo Hotel "MAGICO" di una bellezza Straordinaria!!Sembra di rivivere le sontuosita'del passato, mi sono "persa" nella bellezza dei quadri, specchi, mobili, tutto tenuto BENISSIMO!! Il parco fuori, le piscine, la spa!! Abbiamo mangiato bene in una sala bellissima, vista parco. Un posto IDEALE x rilassarsi!!! MAGNIFICO!!!

Accoglienza pessima con atteggiamento di sofferenza nei confronti dei clienti...mai capitato una cosa del genere soprattutto un hotel a 4 stelle! Stanze stile retró e bagno cieco senza ventola di aspirazione! È sembrato di tornare negli anno '80

Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso una giornata di relax alla Spa del Grand Hotel Telese. Molto professionale e gentile Cristiana alla reception. Notevoli i benefici dell'acqua sulfurea nella quale ci si può immergere nella vasca interna. Bella la piscina esterna. Ma soprattutto 10 e lode alla signora Monica che ha le mani d'oro: mi ha fatto un massaggio rilassante eccezionale! Consigliatissimo.

Due giorni di spina staccata. Due giorni di assoluto relax circondati dalla professionalità dello staff dell'albergo e spa. Ti aggiri tra i corridoi e il giardino e da un momento all'altro ti aspetti di vedere qualche principe d'Italia... molto affascinante l'aria retrò che ti riporta indietro di 100 anni E poi c'è la spa. Le mani magiche delle due signore, Assunta e Monica, sanno fare miracoli e sciogliere tutti i nodi dello stress accumulato. A nome mio e del marito GRAZIE. Consigliamo il percorso nelle vasche sulfuree Se posso solo dare un consiglio alla gestione dell'hotel: io una caraffa di acqua termale nel buffet a colazione me la aspettavo, ma magari l'odore intenso potrebbe essere un problema
