Very convenient and parking centre is very close and price is reasonable. Counter service is so nice. 😊

Muy buena ubicación y todo muy bien por su precio. Lo único malo es que no puedes dejar las maletas en el alojamiento si llegas antes o te vas después.

We as a large hen party had a number of rooms booked here and at the other hotel, wow what amazing hotels. The staff were fantastic. Amanda at this hotel was great and so accommodating, rooms were large and exceptionally clean, we did hear some noise. But was expected. Overall we had a fab weekend

Room was extremely hot. I asked to move rooms as felt like radiator was stuck on high, my request was refused. My daughter had heat rash just from being in the hotel room. The staff are rude and inconsiderate. The room and bathroom was unclean, the toilet even had skid marks when we got there. I had to ask 3 times in one day for fresh towels and rubbish to be removed despite leaving the top me up hanger on the door.

I come here once a month on a business trip. Amanda and Dillon always make my stays safe, comfortable and convenient however this time they went above and beyond, booking me in a fabulous room with a gorgeous arch window looking over the city. They’re always friendly and happy to help. Thanks

I have to say the warm welcome from Dylan and Amanda was fantastic today, nothing was too much trouble and they were both so friendly and genuinely cared that I had everything I needed. Such a credit to Travelodge and I'm so grateful! A fantastic hotel if you're looking to stay in the City Centre.

The staff are incredibly helpful and always in a cheerful mood, the wonderful lady Amanda behind the desk always makes us feel so welcomed and gives excellent customer service. The rooms have had a full transformation so it feels more luxurious than before. The hotel smells and looks clean, every time we have visited this hotel we have always had a great experience and great stay and most importantly amazing sleep. Always have picked Cardiff central Travelodge and always will.
